- Today I was fortunate enough to get a FIRST LOOK at the all new Céntrico restaurant at Downtown Disney! The all new location is the first of a few new additions to the district and Céntrico starts us off strong with some amazing eats. Hope you enjoy this all new look at Céntrico!

I'm just so relieved that the construction in the middle of Downtown Disney is wrapping up. The Centrico/Paseo/Tiendita construction has been a huge eyesore for such a long time.

Omg. I served the owner last night at my restaurant! I asked him what restaurant he owned and he didn’t want to disclose but I now know it’s Centrico based on the picture that you put up! 😂
Uuuhm…I need more of Happy Dance Dylan in my life. Your reaction to the tuna appetizer…te he he he. Adorkable goober!!! 😍😍😘😛 Everything looked good but the portion size on those apps is kinda sad. That was like a tablespoon of guacamole. Reminded me of nachogate at the Fountainbleu in Vegas.

It all looked great, but I am waiting to see the prices. I am expecting far more than what was there before.
I’m very curious of the pricing on the food. The drinks were from $15-20 so food is probably priced like other places in DTD.

Wish this was open when i got to go to Disney in august last year. Had two amazing meals at Naples and jazz kitchen tho

I'm just happy those stupid walls in the middle if downtown disney funneling crowds to one side are gone. Now foot traffic can go aeound Centrico on both sides.
Amen to that! The congestion is not as bad now which is great.

It’s a step up I think, a few steps up because of the chef. The food is really really good.
