    Great Vlog Traver! Whenever we have been to Gardenwalk during the day we also found it a bit dead but that has its charm with no trouble getting a table at lunch. Just past the Wahlgreens there is an Ihop which, imo, is the quieter and cleaner of the two close to the parks. The Pizza Press used to be located in the front of the Carousel Inn (which was sold and demolished during the time it was mooted that a overhead bridge and parking lot/alternate entrance to Disneyland would be built pre covid) I was glad to see that it hadn’t disappeared only moved and we find the pizzas reasonable and tasty. As for that particular Denny’s - find it not so clean but depends on the time of day. And would be disappointed if they were still “out” of cold and refreshing egg nog or chocolate milk!

      I, personally, have never parked anywhere else but the Mickey & Friends parking garage, even when I had to pay full price. I'd just rather have my car on Disney property. As an Inspire Key holder, I get free parking, which is a nice perk as often as we go. But I still would park there even if I didn't have that perk.
      I have heard you can find free or near to free parking lots places and then take a bus (for a small fee) to the parks. Probably an ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) bus, but I'm not 100% sure.

    • @SoCalDisneyDad
      @SoCalDisneyDad 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No. May is not hot here. Not like WDW.
      In May, us wimpy SoCal residents will still be wearing jackets the first 2 hours the park is open. 🤣
      It will be gray, overcast every morning until around Noon and then the sun may choose to show itself or not. It’s hit or miss. It’s called May Gray, and it’s a marine layer of cloud that usually burns off around Noon and leaves clear blue skies behind, but not always.
      Lows start the day at around 55-58 degrees and it’ll reach 75-78 as a high on average.
      Our heat doesn’t appear until mid-July. And Labor Day is generally one of the hottest days of the year.
