Thank you so much for actually explaining what you’re doing and what tasks you are responsible for doing and why! I’ve watched so many videos that don’t go into the actual work at all and I loved learning more about day to day tasks and I’m hoping to start my accounting degree this fall!
Yes I agree . I like this video because an explanation of what you are doing and what tasks you are responsible in doing and why helps so much ! More like this .
I’m also an introvert! I’ve been working as a slot operations manager for years and will be interviewing for a gaming accountant manager role soon. Wish me luck!
Could you tell me what the song is that plays around 4:58? I've been searching the lyrics but can't find it and I love it! I'm also enjoying these videos, theyre really soothing
I hope to see more accounting related videos. I have a bachelors in accounting and am working as accounts payable specialist for the last five years and I just feel over qualified but I don’t know how to move up without the experience. I’m struggling especially financially
If you have month end close and reconciliation experience, definitely highlight that on your resume and interviews and you can def become a staff accountant!
Highlight things like bank or credit card reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaids, accrued expenses. If you don't have experience in these, ask to get exp in them at your current job or discuss it in an interview at another job
You can switch to AR, intercompany or a General Ledger accounting role (which I personally advice ); this last opens you the doors to controlling or Team lead / manager roles for AR/ AP and GL
Hi, Please make some videos on CMA-US or CPA-US qualified specially who are looking for job in the USA on H1B Visa Sponsorship from America Companies. No of years of work experience-5 Years. Hands and work experience on ERP SAP. Working knowledge of IFRS/IAS.
