Looking at how many cotton balls are on the ground, it is quite logical that the original bet "double or nothing" could only apply to "double of the original value", means intervals of $10 per shot. I have taken a screencap, and marked all cotton balls as good as possible. the low video quality makes it hard, also the balls behind the glass jug are distorted and therefore its impossible to tell how many are behind. Also some objects look like cotton balls, but it could be 1 and the same ball, or 2 different ones or a reflection of something, or any other object. Skip. I counted ABOUT 118ish cotton balls. The ones that are definite and 100% a single piece, are at least 96 of them. There are MAYBE abot 11 balls that I could've counted double, because they look strange, it could've been a ball that just looks like 2 pieces (elongated, distorted, etc.).
