@@RealRomplayer to answer your question: 100% yes. Most of the time there's a wall of some sort. At least so that you can't be seen the moment someone opens the door. But honestly, not always. And even then there might be a "wall", but not between each urinal. Just between the sink and urinals. It's just always fucking awkward, and something that you get used to and just accept. Also our stalls have gaps so you can literally see whoever is in there.
Using a urinal in your scrubs seems really filthy... There's a lot of splashback you can't see. Like a fucktonne. I don't use urinals cos you're basically just pissing all over yourself. If you get a chance in a bathroom with a light switch, turn the light off and use your phone light. Point it diagonally towards you and across where you're peeing. The light should catch all the spray from behind and you'll be able to see it. This is how I noticed one day in a bathroom with a broken light
