yeah if i had a poco f5 me with my mi a3 evox 9.0 unofficial build absolutely fantastic rom for that phone haptics beat even iphones ig They have mastered custom rom experience in this build the circle to search can be fixed by clearing data of google app , then installing a speific version of google app then updating it as normal game mode has problem in evox source we need to wait for the fix but thats not a major bug as high fps is enabled

I need more details. How did it happen? What did you flash before to get it hard bricked that way. If you really can not boot into fastboot you should consider taking it to service centre and tell them to flash stock rom on it.
If you have a pc, connect your phone and open device manager. On the ports tab, if you see some Qualcomm name, then your phone can be saved by edl flashing (it's paid btw)

Why such difference comes up while installing the same version, following the same steps ? I am currently on paranoid android btw. 😑

No need to select anything seperately. Use the recommended twrp and just flash as I showed in guide. It's dynamic so it's totally automatic. If you're talking about updating twrp or flashing recovery then you need to flash that on both slots.

Most popular ones like these are open-source which are actually safer than stock ROMs. In stock roms no one knows what data they are collecting and exactly to which server they are going to. In CustomROMs it's transparent so mostly you will know where exactly your data is being collected and where it's going if you know coding you can figure it out I guess but you can totally trust these developers in most cases. (in CustomROMs case the data most data gets collected by Google only for ad preference)

Yes it's available also gemini has been completely fixed in latest update so circle to search and everything related is working flawlessly now

Screen flickering reduced or not ?
I'm currently using paranoid Android latest build 3.2 it has no screen flickering at all but it lacks unlimited photos spoof
It has reduced sufficiently in my opinion, but if it still bothers you, you can disable hw overlay from dev Settings as mentioned in the notes
also lot of customrom communities are dying new ones are coming... lot of change

No. It's summer time may be that's why it's not reaching too high amount of fast charging because the ambient temp is always hot
