This house is really nice but it doesn't feel like a £900,000 property. The living room and study are both good sizes, although I was disappointed that it doesn't have a separate dining room, which I would expect. The upstairs is ok but it doesn't really have that wow factor for me. I've seen far better new build homes in this price range.
If people actually saw how rubbish the build quality is these days, there'd be a lot less demand for new houses! £900k for that? Massively over priced, not worth 1/3 that price!
