It's a good point about road noise. If buying anywhere near a main road, it makes sense to stand in silence for a few mins in all rooms facing the road to determine exactly how noisy it is. I like the property itself though.
Hi! That's true! You have to be very careful about this aspect when you choose the house's position. If you have an issue with the noises I would not recommend buying it. However, the house is nice and spacious and not too far from London.

Hook is not 20 min away from London though. Being close to London will effect the price so its not fair to say that its 20 minutes from London.

😅 Me neither! Maybe because it's a showhome. Or if you have included the appliances , it's cheaper the single fridge/freezer than the double one. 🙄
