On Tip 4 multi Windows, an Indian guy on the net gave a tip which I've used. Create a shortcut on desktop for QBO and when opening it, it opens into a on premise software centric app with pull down menus, multi window capability, etc
I have to say, I have been looking for exam information and came across a prior video(of yours), which was so helpful then I got to this tutorial, you should work for QB!! Thank you for the very helpful information. Wish I saw your links before I paid so much money to take another boring outdated online training.
If you manage multiple companies couldn't you save the reports and name them the specific company name? So you would open balance sheet Craig's Landscaping or open balance sheet report for Nancy's Flower Shop, or Bob's Tire Co ex.
Hey Garcia! you are my favorite QB youtuber, I have a question regarding attachments If I have so many attachments What impact will it have on the company file and the database? Will it slow down the DB? Too many attachments will effect migration from QBO?
So I have Windows and I love to use the Firefox browser. I need to watch the video over again, but I got excited with the multiple profiles on the Chrome browser! So do you actually really like the Chrome browser over all others? Any body else that is reading this can answer too, please. I would love to know what most people think/use for their QB. Thank you.

Hector Garcia. I must be doing something wrong. I follow your bookmark instruction and what I get is my internet bookmarks on top of the page, not the qbo bookmark I want to have. Would you know what am I doing wrong?
Hector Garcia I have seen many of your videos and there is always something new. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, it has really helped me a lot.

That’s the app... there is a native desktop app for it.

bogieboog yes.. but that is assuming you manage a small group. I have over 100 Ito manage, so 100 bookmarks is kind of crazy.
#2 news to me!
Thank you for the tips
You welcome
Thank you so much for great info. How do you find time to create so much content while running your firm?
quiks25 I’m fortunate to have amazing team members that run the firm for me.... I just show up.
Hey Garcia! you are my favorite QB youtuber, I have a question regarding attachments If I have so many attachments What impact will it have on the company file and the database? Will it slow down the DB? Too many attachments will effect migration from QBO?
No.. they are separate
Attachment DO NOT migrate to QBO!

@@HectorGarciaCPA Yes I am.
Nick B that’s strange,. Without looking at it, it’s hard to diagnose
@@HectorGarciaCPA It's Ok, Hector. I will buy a new computer soon and get a new version of Windows as well. Thanks and have a great day!
In desktop QB, you can do billpay and copy and save so you don't have to make the same invoice all the time. How to do it online.
You can duplicate the transactions... but there is no billpay without an app.
