Group Presentations - How to handover or transition between speakers

When you are doing a team presentation how do you handover or transition to the next speaker once you’ve covered your part. I think there are three elements of a successful transition to a new speaker and depending on how 'formal' the presentation is will dictate how much detail you need to go into during your handover.
