Still responsibilities here in the Midwest but has always been a dream to live in the Pacific Northwest after traveling up there for several decades. I'd plan on renting first then buying so I'm definitely on this very early. :D I have the "Dream" in mind but it's nice watching your videos and keeping me in reality to do things the proper way. So if you have a hud then I think you want to find specific hud rental apartments or hud designated housing - I would reach out directly to DevNW.org that does affordable housing in Corvallis and start the conversation with them. I've been watching your driving series and some of your other videos and they have been very helpful. My original plan was for the coast but, lack of inventory and deciding it would be great to 'visit' the coast vs living there might be more to my liking. My time frame is to relocate around the first of 2023, come to Corvallis in Oct to check out the area in person and see what the rental market is like. I will check with the property management websites you recommended in this video but, I might touch base with you and your office since you have created these wonderful videos. My area of interest is the Corvallis/Albany area. Psst, I'm coming from out of state, ssshhhh
