Good video! Im guessing it uses the standard new brite 280 motors that they use in there 1/10 scale rc's. It really needs at least 370 motors or bigger to make it worthwhile.

Great video! I bought the smaller $20 model and for the price it’s really fun. Good top speed on smooth concrete but no power on grass or hills. But that’s ok. I set up some ramps on a parking lot and played with it there, very fun and gets about 15 minutes of constant use before needing a charge
It works fine on hard dirt too where I live here in the desert. But yeah grass and climbing not really the strong suit of walmart RC cars, but it is fun to play with. I use the $25 version as well.
Bought one myself...Very disappointed! If i was polaris, id be embarrassed and pissed off! No power whatsoever! But, that's okay because i just bought the MJX Hyper Go H14BM. Lookin forwarded to that one for sure!
I guess this is what you get when you purchase a toy grade RC. Spend the extra $100-200 and get something from a company that offers repair parts and aftermarket upgrades. Hobby grade is the only way to go.

My neighbor drove his 2 yr old over in a remote control power wheels size car. It surprised us that she drove over to us. We didn't know he had control of it. He was around the corner of the house hiding.

I bought one for my son and it's paid for itself already he's jumped off the deck flipped on blacktop and it's still going I think urs must be faulty cause the one I bought identical to that one climbs with no hesitation. If the battery is weak is when his does that. Then it acts up. But fully charged it doesn't stop.
I bought mine 1:5 at a sale for 70$ yesterday 12-/24/2023 and I found out this thing is an amazing solid 9/10. My pro's is that I can fit figurines inside the Polaris and the Polaris was able to go up a steep hill in my neighborhood thanks to the 4x4 Feature. The Only Con Is That The Flags 2x Come Off From The Tumbles.
it's 2023, we bought this for our grandson. he used it for 10 min. then the on off switch stopped working. now trying to replace the switch. at the price we paid I could not be more disappointed.
that sucks......I have two of their Humvees 1:6 scale from NEW BRIGHT, they were put away for a while, took them out to try them and neither of them work properly. I called them up and they told me yeah try and find controllers on amazon......nevertheless, i got the controllers to work, but the vehicles don't work wont respond. Sad to say they don't stand by their products. ;

It your choice. When you get this device, battery is never fully charged. I have three of them. First two I thought were not that great. The last one. I charged the battery. Wow. Look how nice it moves through grass ,up the hills, and climb curves. Again. If you want to buy it, fine buy it. I got three of them. I paid 300 for all three. I might buy another one. All work just fine, it only if the battery is fully charged, not half charged.
I have the exact same one but it has a lot of power it can make it up that hill. In snow it is a beast it's snow joke I want to take it to the sands in the summer

go get a 1/8 scale 2wd raptor and change the axles and battery board and it works better as a two wheel drive

There are toy grade R/C crawlers that will do some serious climbing too. The disappointment here is this one is not capable.

Try pushing more volts through it with a battery upgrade. Just try not to go too high or you could fry the PCB.
