As a person with ADHD and anxiety, I’ve found success with Passionflower, in those moments where I need it most. And it’s a great alternative to alcohol, which is addictive and caloric. I’m a fan!
🦋🇺🇸👍I’m just getting into making Tintures and Elixirs. I currently take anxiety meds and I am tired of taking Pharmaceuticals. I have a Passion Flower tinture in the works. Watching now
I’ve watched most of your videos. They are all super helpful. Hey man I was wondering if I can message you personally on something so you can give me some advice on a couple topics related to anxiety and myself, and kind of like guide me through it. nice video man keep posting more good content bro 💯
Hi! Do you happen to know about passion flower pills? If so at how many mg should one start? Also i get anxiety whenever i get a trigger during the day can be anything thats worrisome, is it same to take right when that happens even if its a few times a day? Aso how long do the affects last?
i use to have panic attacks from alcoholism, which made me anemic and eventually figured it out ate more vitamins and vegetables and eventually went away.
I don't THINK so. I did as thorough a search I could into this and read a bunch of studies and never saw anything about passionflower tolerance developing in regular users. Now, my personal experience: I tend to drink passionflower tea a few nights per week (usually before bed, or the day after drinking alcohol; sometimes before a stressful event). It definitely helps me relax and has not decreased in its efficacy whatsoever over the past few years of using it. I've also never had any side effects or withdrawals from it. With that said - Like anything, I wouldn't use it every day. I don't think anything bad would happen from doing so, but I prefer to use supplements like this as a tool as-needed rather than spoiling them for myself. Hope this helps.
Can i use passiflira herbal powder night 1gm afternoon iam having escitalopam5mg plus clonazepam 0.25 combo@@tylerjellis any complications like serotonin syndrome
I usually drink passionflower tea and feel it almost immediately (within 30min) for a few hours. I love it for sleep or hangxiety, but I'm not sure it would be something that "builds up in your system" over time or works for the whole day.
Hi so I have a question I have struggled with anxiety and depression for many years now and I was told that if you smoke passion flower it helps you with your anxiety and it can also help you quit smoking I want to know if you think it's okay to smoke it?
I've never smoked passionflower so I really can't give advice from personal experience here. I did an online search and it looks like people do it without any major adverse effects, so it seems relatively safe minus the smoke inhalation. Why not try it in tea first and see if that does anything for you? At least it'd be a bit healthier that way.

@@TommeeKnocker Something that calms you down but doesn’t dope you up.
What brand do you take? Do you take it daily?

🦋🇺🇸🧐🤔I have acute anxiety and can’t drive more than 15 miles or crossing bridges. ???? Is it better to have a Vegetable Glycerin tinture???
I’m trying to source some seeds of p. Incarnata. If anyone is willing to send some to NZ? I would love to get some. 😊

The alcohol likely drained your thiamine (b1).
With do you think is stronger mamosa or passion flower?
To be honest, I hadn't heard of the Mamosa plant before and haven't tried it. If you give it a shot, let me know how it works for you!

Does someone build a tolerance to passion flower extract like benzodiazapines?!

Smoke it with Damiana. Damiana uplifts your mood. Damiana burns really hot. Hotter than tobacco. Be careful with the drop off ashes.
Alcohol actually makes anxiety worse
It facilitates lucid dreaming.
Alcohol? No Way
