      Keep at it, modify the exercises so it's tolerable and stay consistent!

    Do you have any exercises to help people with M.S.?

      Hi Veronica, we don't have exercises specifically for people with MS, but we believe that general strength training, balance work and cardio workouts are just as important and can benefit you as long as you modify them to suit your needs! Ensure that you are exercising in a safe manner by placing yourself near sturdy furniture, and modify the movements depending on your current levels.
