Thank you! I totally understand your frustration. Getting full scholarships in the US can be difficult as a transfer student, but many schools usually have like partial scholarships. I know someone who got partial scholarship at NAU as a transfer student, so you can check NAU out or start looking into other schools

For instance in statics and survey methods so how do I apply for the same in university of Delaware , do I have to approach authors or directly fill form for the phd course ?

Hello Sandeep, it ultimately depends on the requirements of the institution you’re applying to. I believe you can always do your research about various requirements & prerequisites and try to apply if it’s what you really want.
