The dog’s owner needs to be interviewed on tv. Did the owner try to find dog? For how long? How hard did he try? Did he enlist any help? If I lost my dog on a mountain hike, I’d be all over it trying to find her.

😳 Poor thing didn't have collar or ID tag. When did she get lost? Her owner really doesn't sound too responsible. So glad he was there to help Stevie down though! He had strength and endurance that few others could have done! 👍👍

Thank you Sergio and God bless you! You are an angel for that poor bewildered/starving pup. Many Hawaiian locals use their dogs for hunting. Those dogs are typically mistreated, starved and live miserable lives. I hope the dog was NOT returned to the owner and adopted by a loving family.

That poor dog was really old, you could see the cataracts on her eyes. I am highly doubtful that the owner “lost” her. More likely they took off her collar and tags and abandoned her on the mountain. 😢 I wish the kind man who found her hadn’t returned her.
Poor doggie would have been better off in a shelter vs the owners.
