@@master2581 Sadly it is not searchable. Usually on the search bar on the deck edit, you should deactivate the filters for limited cards to find the ones like Change of Heart, but this Horakhty is not searchable even with that. So the card probably not in the official Master Duel.

There are way less cheaters in the game than you think. Unless your opponent is using forbidden cards in their deck like Pot of Greed then they are most likely not cheating. What rank are you anyway where you see "'Beginner Duelists' playing like pros", and what does that even mean? Netdecking a meta deck like Tri Brigade or Swordsoul and following a combo flowchart is not difficult to do for anyone with hands and eyes.
I feel this tho. Half the games my hand just bricks but they always got the cards they need to pop off, always start the game with Maxx C or Ash blossom. I don't understand. I gotta pray I top deck the cards I need to deal with certain shit, but dudes have hands off the top that just negate entire hand so I lose turn 2 or 3.

I think they cheated they had to many cards in hand at first why not just start with 5 cards like normal and summon horakhty that way no cheating
