I just remember the horrors of Six Sam's in Duel Links. I can't fathom using Nibiru so early on a deck that can regurgitate monsters on the field without zero cost or effort. I'm far from an expert or master duelist but you never use Nibiru until their board is closer to finishing unless you know what you're doing against that specific archetype, which this dude clearly didn't.
his opponent had resurrection of the dead, it didn't matter when he would nibiru, the moment when gateway is on the field with 8+ counter on any six sam spell cards, it's already game over. He nibiru'd at the right moment on kizaru's summon to avoid his opponent from sumonning the gateway searcher. What bothered me was the fact that he ash'd the wrong card. You would always want to ash the gateway searcher. Had he ashed the right card, his opponent would have scooped right away.

Unless you've got a way to remove those continuous spells on the field, it's just best to let them combo off. I literally decked out once in a 60 card build using Maxx "C" thinking I'd just have too many fusion resources. This is why Droll & Lockbird can be a lifesaver. Sometimes I'll Maxx "C" the wrong opponent only to pay for it later despite having an overwhelming handsize. Everyone should at least run a single copy of Droll to prevent any Maxx "C" from popping off too much.
very true or just not have either of them since there are some decks that dont spam special summons . sometimes its more consistent to have ash blossom and ghost belle since it is not much of a gamble

Theres only 1 deck before 2011 storm of ragnarok that comes close to amount of special summons six samurais perform(infernity in 2010 shining darkness)
Literally half of my wins on my second account with six sams are from decking out people using maxx C, I was able to play through nibiru or just make negates before the opp draws it.

If C annoys us, Nibiru brings us straight to pissed.
Its only good vs apollousa and field spells that dont activate immediately like dragon ravine and spyral resort(aka its useless vs field spells that ROTA on activation like magical meltdown and hidden city)

It's so rare seeing to see a six sam player but I'm kinda glad so I don't have to sit there waiting for the hours for him to "set up" I'd rather play against disco ball and still lose cus that is atleast faster to loss to then six sam.
If you see Dojo or gates out never in your life activate Maxx C at any time that turn 😂 they are just going to make you deck out without worrying about attacking lol.

If the guy had Exodia in his deck he would have won. Exodia is basically the one thing that can guarantee a victory from Maxx “C”, as long as no pieces get discarded.

That doesn't work on my deck. I have a trap card that allows me to activate it from the hand and destroy his trap cards. Also 60card deck with grass on it
That would be terrible vs this deck since this deck can special summon infinitely. U would be holding your nibiru waiting for the opponent to end his main phase but he wont ever exit the main phase 1

The only true enemy for six samurai is probably the time limit
they can generate infinite counter and resource

six samurai player here. just Ash the isolde and Imperm the gate's column (which only limited to 1 card). The gate is six samurai entire play.
Ash Isolde not on the 1st effect, which is getting the useless card to the hand but the 2nd effect, which special summon a monster from deck..
