This classroom is amazing you touch on every learning center in a classroom. But the library center. The rest of the classroom is excellent. Any teacher can learn from this video and take something with them into their classroom. Well Done!!!
I love your preschool room! I would be so looking forward to watching the kids play in it. What a dream come true room! I love your grocery store, the cafe, the living area with fireplace, beauty salon...everything!!! The only thing I would add some day is a small library, play dough sets, and indoor moldable sand play in individual boxes for each child (teacher could use her allotment?). I have to say, your daycare room is the best I’ve ever seen!!!
I think you said it well ! Your basement on steroids ! Way to go in creatively thinking outside the box , sharing thrifty finds , and your enthusiastic joy for loving your children in your care. A great inspiration to early childcare teachers and home care givers.❤
What an absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and well thought out classroom. Your preschool teachers only have to come in and set up the calendar area for how they want circle time to flow, classroom management, and maybe small group implementation. AND a monthly allowance for whatever they need. They are one blessed group of teachers. This year I put almost $600 into my classroom of my own money and still each paycheck put my own money into my classroom each and every time I get paid. Wish I could use my early childhood degree in your center and teach for you. What a dream come true for any early childhood teacher. FANTASTIC job!
Love it!!!! I also have a weird partition/wall at my daycare I didn't know how to seperate so we had a pony wall put up. It's a half wall, only 4 ft high, with a baby gate door. And basically it's just wood frame and some bead paneling from home depot, trim, and voila! A partition was made that's not permanent and that we didn't need permitting for bc its just a hollow fake wall. Super sturdy.
You are so adorable! From one director to another, you have to take care of your staff so they are in the best position to take care of the kids. Great job, The space looks amazing!
It looks absolutely amazing! Any teacher would love teaching in there! And any kid is so lucky to play in that room! I would’ve killed to have some of that stuff as a kid! How awesome is it that you can fulfill that for other children!
I love it all!!! I’m so envious! I always wanted a dramatic play room. I hope I can have my daycare center one day. Thank you for sharing. I’m living for these videos! 🤗💕💕💕
Great job! I have the lakeshore food and learning resources play food. It is pricey but super realistic and durable. I came across them at a children's museum and had to buy them lol
I am inspired! I want to set up more stations in my place. My biggest issue is I’m by myself with 10 kids mixed ages from 0-5. The littles dump and go. And the bigs want to climb on everything 😩 After watching this though, I want to do more with my space. Thank you so much for sharing with us!!
Beautiful...may GOD continue to bless you with wit & wisdom🙏...but can i ask...what about a pretend flat-screen t.v. over or on top the fire place in their living room area🤷🙂❤
Julie, I’ve been a subscriber and big fan for years. You are one in a million. Your love and respect for children and how they learn and grow is out of this world. Your passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail is phenomenal. The kids and parents and teachers are so lucky to have a center like this. I wish you much success. I seriously think you can open a chain of centers. The preschool room is spectacular. Can’t wait to see the toddler room.
This is amazing thank you for sharing this would be the room of my dreams . My class would love it do you have great suggestions for toy kitchen appliances for pre k. Where did the paint colors wall hangings come from.
I love this room! I do think the block area is small but that could just be the way it comes across on the video. I was also wondering about a sand/water table. I need to find the gym room video as it seems they are connected...how will that work? Will that be open as a choice for the preschoolers all the time or is that going to be a shared space? What an exciting adventure this is for you!
Yayyyy!! Wait is over!!! I love love love this set up!!! Thank you so much for sharing with us. You are such an inspiration. Love all these little stations. I am still waiting for township to approve my space. Can’t wait to start. I wish I could get all this stuff too but not sure if I have budget to do that. Goodwill and dollar store is a good idea. What is the name of your center? How many kids capacity?
This is an amazong classroom. But it looks like a toy dumping extravaganza! I would not want to be staff in this room because cleaning up after the kids will be back breaking. Plus having to remember where all these items go! Even tho we want kids to lean to clean up, this is over wheming with the shear amount of items they will have to put back. I would not even open some of these centers at first or I would have minimal items out.
Hi Denise thank you for your feedback but this tour was before we actually opened. This room is actually two preschool rooms now and looks nothing like this. Each room only has 1 dramatic play station.
I love love love this!!! I have a home daycare & dream of having a center one day! This is exactly how I would do it as well. Are you having the preschool room be 4/5 year olds and then also having a 2 year Old room & a 3 year old room? Or mixing 2’s & 3’s? I’m so curious! I can’t wait to see the final outcome!
Your basement on steroids is exactly how I'd word it HAHA! Your space is fantastic! The teachers are going to be ecstatic to work in there. Kudos to you for preparing an allowance for them to be able to personalize their curriculum and space.
Can you make a video about how your going about finding high quality teachers? I know the turnover rate is so high in a lot of preschools/childcares. How are you ensuring that doesn’t happen?
This is so Awesome!!! I knew from watching the videos of your home daycare that you were really gonna make this place magical for your kiddos. I have a question though, how do you keep the children from mixing everything up? like what keeps them from carrying the super market toys over to the diner and playing there with them? Is it ok to mix and match or are they only allowed to stay in that one particular area that goes with the toys and props for that space. I hope I'm making sense in what I'm trying to say.
@@learntoplay22 I had questions about that too. I previously created a center sign in each area and had the children attach their velcro names to the center they choose to play in. Then after 15 or 20 minutes the teacher says "time to rotate centers" and they take their name tags to another center. Looking forward to learning more!!
@@learntoplay22 Ok that makes sense!! Thank you for responding back. I'm almost ready to open my my small home daycare and I get a lot of inspiration from your videos. You do an amazing job!!
Absolutely beautiful 😍 ❤ Been waiting ever since the first video about getting a center up and going! Worth the wait & your family has definitely worked hard! You're on your way! Congratulations! Take a day to enjoy dear! Its Absolutely stunning!

That preschool room is DREAMS I’m going to move so I can be the teacher in that room lol 😂
Seriously! Could you imagine having that classroom?!😍
So careful for details!!! We can see how much care everywhere. Lucky teachers and children!!! Good luck ❤
Who else has been waiting for this video?
This is the most amazing and inspiring room I've ever seen! What lucky children 😍
I absolutely love the idea... simple and has everything
so creative how you have the stations more modern
I love all of it but I love the place with the fireplace it looks so realistic I wish I was still young
WOW. You’re moving so quickly! It feels like yesterday you just started. The preschool is gorgeous you definitely inspire me.
Whoever takes their children to your daycare are so lucky. This is so creative and so much effort for the kids. 💕🙏🏼
Let me toot for you because it is a really great room. If I was a child in that classroom, I would for sure have a wonderful time.
I would have LOVED coming to this daycare!!! You’ve given me so much inspiration and ideas for mine! God bless you!
