i used this in school for a daycare centre example!❤
Can you add a storage shed outside?
Unfortunately there’s no room. In the west side of the building we only have 12 feet from the exterior wall and the east side is where the playground is and that’s the end of our property line.
The daycare we use for our kiddo made us supply diapers and wipes for our own kiddos. Plus they don't serve food or snacks in any of the rooms.
❤❤❤
So cute!!!
I really enjoy your youtube channel, especially the way you cover it. I noticed a few areas where I could help optimize your videos to reach a larger audience. Would you be open to discussing this further?
A tip with the Ikea high chairs, you should look into adding a foot rest onto them. It greatly reduces their choking risk.
Hi Julie, can you share your infant and Toddler curriculum
How do you divide your time between the center & home daycare? Did your sister decide to work with you @ your home daycare?
No she is now working with the elderly. To answer your question in regards to dividing my time I actually moved back to my home state (a state away), so I go back on the weekends and check in with my director daily. I scheduled myself off on the federal holidays so that I can go to the center on those days seeing we are typically opened on those holidays.

Great blog it’s hard to believe that a seven month old is on solid food regular food. It seems a little young to me. I have done daycare for 20 years as of now I am retired. But I have never a seven month old eating regular food. Usually they are still on Google food.
Use a bigger razor
All the best
I know at my center my kiddos will not eat oatmeal. I don’t know if it’s a texture or what, but I’ve tried it with 4 different groups and it’s been a no go with all of them
Of course I bought a jumbo box of it too 😂
@@learntoplay22 I did the same thing!! 😅
Do you go to Good Will or Salvation Army, or different type of second hand. I am going to branch out to other locations. Our stores never have kids stuff. And if so it is junk.
I have a Savers by me and a store called volunteers of America. The volunteers is my favorite and where I score the best stuff. Usually the Salvation Army by me is junk too.
Love it!!!! Sooo Inviting and Engaging!
Great finds! Our thrift stores around me never have anything good like this haul. I wish I could find better things.
I was born in 1975 and had that exact farm with the horse, pig, and people. So cool to see toys that I played with
It's good seeing you again. You don't miss being I your center? It's nice I'm starting my new childcare center soon
I do miss being at the center but I also realized I did not want to be the director and boss of 10 employees on a daily basis. I love my team there and I love the kids and families as well. To see your dream you’ve had for so many years come to life is such an amazing feeling. I created the center that I would want my own children to have gone to and I’m very proud of that. But I also recognize that in order for the center to be everything I want it to be, I needed to build a strong team and have the right director in place to see that out.
I love your setup. I just started an in home daycare and I hope to get on your level one day! Thank you for sharing your experience on here, it’s very inspiring and gives me some good ideas on what I can do with my kiddos. ☺️
How many kids are in your daycare? This is amazing if you do this for every group!
This is at my home daycare. At my center they did make homemade applesauce as well 🥰
Great activities.
Maybe use foil for the side mirrors would give a neat illusion
Good for you!!! I am currently taking over a center that already has a director. I am going to keep my in home going as well. I love my in home, but want to expand our name and our program! :)

0:03 Holly Glad you are enjoying going back to home daycare 😊

Thanks for your help🙏
Me and my wife are looking at moving from a home daycare to opening up a center. We have so many questions is there anyway we could pick your brain?
They have racks at Walmart that go over the toilet

So cute! My grandsons will love this. They are both 5 and this would greatly increase creativity from them. Thank you
I've been eyeing various light tables at Walmart for months. Thanks.
I am really impressed with this table. I originally bought it because I was curious if my granddaughter would like it, and I ended up buying it 4 more for the center and 2 for the home daycare 😂
Congratulations wish you well looks wonderful
Thank you so much!!
Yes I get so excited as well hoping to open a home daycare soon I love thrifting and finding good finds it’s like a kid in the candy store 😊
Where you get the easel

Hello, would you be willing to share a copy of your parent Handbook.
😮😮😮
How cute!! I love your content
Thank you so much!!
I have the same tugboat We use ours as a kiddy pool in the summer
That’s what I was thinking as well. Not a fan of sandboxes lol. I also thought the daycare kids would have fun with it being empty and using it as a boat.
I love that you incorporated the vintage toys!! I do that too!!
Enjoy and have fun!
I love this!!!
Can you please share the silly day calendar?? Thank you!! ❤
Yes I can
Wonderful set up! I really enjoy you sharing with us daycare providers. You are very inspiring! Question?? if you have that many toys that the children access all at once how do you keep it clean and organized? Is it like a free-for-all or when you have a lot of children they just tear everything up and then your left to clean??
Great question! I have that many out right now because I’m touring for my program. If I end up with a younger group I’ll definitely not have the art materials freely out and I will remove that vintage toys and introduce them probably two at a time. I typically just have out the dramatic play kitchen stuff, music toys and baskets in the block area. I do weekly themes so I will have specific toys that pertain to that theme.
