    I love the daycare it’s nice however I will always be in love with the very first variation/layout of the daycare you did thanks for bringing us along though! “Started from the house and now we’re here”!🎉❤

      I did too but now seeing a large group of preschoolers in that area there’s no way all those stations would stay in tac lol. I also had to allow the teachers to put their own stamp on how the room flows.

      Thank you! It’s definitely been completely different from running the home daycare.

    Working in daycare the last 10 years you learn that nothing is permanent and things have to change depending on the size of your staff, how many kids, ages of kids. Things eb and flow, sometimes you have a baby book of toddlers and sometimes you have hardly no toddlers. I like that your willing to change rooms as needed.

      That’s exactly how this last year has gone. Thankfully my building is flexible and by that i mean I have the ability to change rooms around. It’s only been the last month since I moved the preschool and infant 2 rooms around.

    Omg! It's beautiful ❤️ I've been following you for so long and I was so inspired by you opening your program. I actually just got licensed for my first program after expanding from my home daycare like you. I cant believe your infant ratio is 12:2. Im in Massachusetts and ours is 7:2. I'm glad you are posting again! Love your videos!

    You are so inspirational and creative! I love all your setups! I run a Type A Daycare home in Ohio as well. I love the little yellow couch and small gray child seats where did you purchase those from? Keep doing a great job! Thanks in advance 😊

      Thank you! They were both purchased on Amazon. The chairs were a set.

    Thank you for showing us . I actually love your setup . QUESTION where did you buy the wall paper or the jungle one. The brick and fire one. Also how did you make the LTP sign

    • @learntoplay22
      @learntoplay22  ปีที่แล้ว

      All of the wallpaper and the jungle paper I purchased from Amazon. Are you referring to the LTP sign that’s in the jungle room? If so I purchased that frame from a yard sale and covered it with wallpaper from Target and used Lincoln Logs to from the letters.

    Awesome setup! Question, do you take the children on field trips to get out of the house?

    • @learntoplay22
      @learntoplay22  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No we only went out walking field trips. We had an awesome water pad and park near my house.

    You actually have higher ratios then we have here
    It’s 3-1 for infants under 18m
    But you can technically move them to the toddler room at 16m as long as it’s only like 2 under 18m
    The toddlers are supposed to be 18m-26m
    5-1 ratio
    Then preschool is 2.5-4
    8-1 ratio

    • @learntoplay22
      @learntoplay22  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Wow! Our preschool is 1:12 and our toddlers are 1:8. I believe our summer camp is 1:24 😳

      I’m in Ontario Canada and most moms have 12-18m maternity leave here.
      So typically most centres don’t take babies under 12m

    • @monkeysluvdani
      @monkeysluvdani ปีที่แล้ว

      In Wisconsin it’s:
      1-4 (0-24M)
      1-6(24M-30M)
      1-8(30M-3y)
      1-10 (3y-4y)
      1-12(4y-5y)
      1-17 (5+)
      Obviously mixed ages changes ratios but no more than 2 teacher ratio max allowed per room and ratios don’t change if there are two teachers it would still be 1-4 so with two teachers no more than 8 babies allowed in one room.
