Casio, God Tier!
Yeah respect for not being above a Casio ❤
Sad they are not that price atm
Disappointingly, the new model specs wise doesn't equal the old eclipse models (efv 110d) Iwith screw crowns in 36mm & 40mm.
I have to recommend the Casio Oceanus titanium- caveat: the properiety bracelet is the only negative ( a good fit is possible ).the steeel versions avoid this ( also 2 smaller 'cough' ladies models ).

I love my Tissot Gentleman.
It is essentially an Aquaterra for roughly 1/10th the price.
The Gentleman is an absolute steal for the money. Such a great piece
Just that the aqua tera comes in 38mm
Shoutout to the Casio. There is style and sophistication at every budget!
I was starting to curse the intro … then I realised you are completely right 5 for 5 🤣
When even the Casio has a waiting list you know people be going crazy for the hype!
@@danonthestrings this is quite true! The world has gone mad
The Tissot Gentleman with the green dial was the watch I wore for my wedding :) It's now a part of my regular rotation.
I wore a rolex when i met your wife. 😎
@@chinaboss6683 I wore nothing when I met yours😎😎
The 2023 Longines Conquest is a great new alternative!
I was going to say the spirit! I have a champagne 37 mm variation and I love it
@@omara5079 I'd honestly slot the spirit in another subtype because of the difference in Arabic numerals. But usage-wise, like the OP, it's a dressy everyday do-it-all watch! The spirit's definitely a great choice! 👍
@@delonteeast7955while I think the Spirit has more details than the Conquest, I agree with your comment.
Wish they didn't discontinue the VHP model. If I ever come across one in person, it will be an impulse buy.
@@delonteeast7955 yeah I see what you mean. I overlooked the indices but it checks basically all the other boxes. It’s a great everyday, dress it up, dress it down watch. Cosc certified and you get a quick release bracelet. One of the best deals in the market imo.
The conquest is an awesome watch too, they look much nicer in person
OMG Britt this is the Casio I've been looking for years! The white dial was my first watch in 2011 and it got stolen from my house! Thank youuuuuuuu
The Tissot Gentleman powermatic in blue with steel bracelet is stunning for the money 👌🏽
I have owned many Rolexes..... But I discovered a Seiko 5 in a pawn shop... It was listed at $100..... Half off sticker day.... So I bought it for fifty bucks..... And I will say that this Seiko 5 is my favorite..... Crazy as it might sound I prefer over my Rolexes
Love the seiko 5s I have 3
The Tissot really is fantastic
Tissot really hit this one out of the park. Great size with good proportions, no weirdness with the bezel. Nice lugs you can swap straps on. Great 80 hour power reserve, even the rotor looks fantastic.
The fact it’s inexpensive enough that you can afford to get every color to match your sport coats is icing on the cake (make a burgundy dial) 🤌
The Tissot Gentleman is pure class 🫡
I'd add the Citizen Tsuyosa collection too.
Ahhh GOOD SHOUT! 👏🏻👏🏻💕
As nice as the case, bracelet, and dial are on the Tsuyosa, I can’t seem to get over the president style bracelet on the oysterquartz style case! Somehow it just doesn’t mesh for me! I do own a PRX, but I try my best not to be biased. I don’t think the PRX is the “end-all” for this style of integrated bracelet watches. My personal favorite is the Vacheron.
Very nice turquoise I love it but nothing to do with Rolex
@@BrittPearceWatchesSeiko alpanist
Love my Tissot Gentleman!
How’s the PRX? I want to get that for my nephew
@@wavygoods877 great but get the smaller 35mm. Better for average and below wrists
There is no alternative to the greatest watch in existence, the OP
The Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 is essentially Tag’s version of the OP41. Same case width and style face but for a fraction of the cost. I love mine!
Thank you from those of us with champagne taste and a beer budget.
I have the Tissot with a Green dial. Looks great fantastic watch.
Seiko and pagani design are also cool
The Aqua Terra is one of my grails 😍
Some ! Which size and dial color?
If you get the chance, do it. I have the 41mm silver one and Love it. If I had a dressier job, it would get the majority of time from my rotation.
@@johnturnerjr7221I've owned quite few ATs and wonder why they didn't release the shade collection in 41mm also. 38 really is more for women in my opinion..
@@TaiwanLYC , with regard to size, I don't mind a smaller watch from time to time. As a guy, for me it's all about design and while I love the new colorful dials on the smaller AT's, I don't care for the hour indices and the shape of the date window. Now on my 41mm, I think elements those are "better".
@@johnturnerjr7221 I’m getting into Watches and want to get an omega aqua terra I see they have some on their website for 6,300 can I literally buy one online or even walk in and just buy one no waitlist no nothing like Rolex and other brands?🤔🤔
I find myself unable to take off my TISSOT Gentleman, I love that green dial stands out with the cross hairs
Has anyone told you that you’re AMAZING? Maam, this video is awesome!!
My Tissot is a great watch. I put mine on a leather strap and wear it as an accessory when I align shoes belt and blue!
The reason why the OP is so beloved is Cus it’s the entry watch to get into the Rolex collection. Owning a Rolex shows wealth and that can only be judged by an individual until they try and own a Rolex. The OP is an insane entry watch which is crazy priced.
I think These Type of videos are amazing!
Covering watches of the Same style at different price ranges is a pretty nice touch!
I have the tissot gentleman, really nice comfortable and light
I’m wearing my Nomos Club Sport petrol right now! Love it to death. Wears great on my 17.5 cm wrist, so light, bracelet micro adjusts, and the dial is killer in all lighting scenarios 🙌🏼
Omega n Tissot 👍👏❤️❤️
Oooo quartz...how terrible. It loses 1 second a year 😅😢 The artillery guys in ww1 and ww2 would have cut an arm off for a quartz.
Great alternatives, but don’t forget Traska! I got the Traska Commuter as a working class man’s alternative to the OP, lol.
I would also add the Seiko SARB033
Yes, it was discontinued, but if you find one in good condition, its a great watch
Don't forget the OP is only desirable because it's a Rolex, the Aqua Terra blows it out of the water in every other way!
The Tissot really is beautiful, I have one on a bracelet and one on leather and I adore them both. It packs a punch at the price point too. This is a great video, something for everyone, (I dooo want a Seamaster)…soon!
Christopher Ward C63 Sealander is another great option!
OH YEA!!! Good shout!
Yeah.. the Christopher Ward C63 gets my vote 👍
Vote for Christopher Ward, seriously good watch for a very reasonable price
I just don’t get why it’s always how water resistant a watch is, is a benchmark all the time every time. Humans live on land not oceans 🌊
You don't want ur watch needing a service j after every swim session
Thanks for the wonderful array of watches that can fit any budget well appreciated
Britt, you are dead on this list. Good Job! All different price points and all good watches. A little something for everyone and a lot of variety.
The Vacheron Constantin blue dial is definitely on my wish list
Why is Rolex the standard? It is not the best in any of the categories. Maybe its the power of brand marketing. Well done Wilsdorf.
My shop will not deal in preowned Rolexes (Rolexs’, Rolexi?) anymore. The fakes are everywhere and the newest ‘SuperClones’ are so good you can’t tell without disassembling the movements.
Got burned too many times. No more Rolex. Won’t buy em, won’t sell em, won’t change the oil and polish the bracelet.
Aqua terra all the way and di totally agree about the Tissot. There is one important one you missed , the Seiko Alpinist, especially the SPB249J.
that's exactly what i was thinking, the alpinist is easily one of the best everyday watches out there, dressy, stylish, mid high quality for the price and with 200m of water resistance. you can wear it in most formal occasions or use it as a beater for swimming or trekking or whatever. personally i like the baby alpinist most, but every model is just as good
Alpinist SPB117 for my money.
I’ve got the Tissot gentleman and I love it so much. It’s an amazing watch
Do you have the titanium version by any chance?
@@batlleborn no it’s the stainless steel one
Check out the Christopher ward c63 sealander too. It even comes in both 36mm and 39mm.
That Omega looked absolutely stunning
Casio Tiffany blue! OMG!
That Casio is beautiful.
Earning the title… “God Tier!”
Bought the white and the blue Casio, brown and black leather straps, my son stole the white, perfect summer non brainer👌
Great watches I got the casio in Tiffany blue 😊
Awesome watches! Thanks Brittany. 😀👍
Anything but a Rolex...
Love that you mentioned Casio
I love the Tissot Gentleman... It's easy to dress up or down.
Never really got the itch for the OP. But the Explorer in 36.... Now that was special.
The gentleman is so underrated
Casio and Seiko are the best
why is that, that every single watch collector or a lover absolutely puts casio in their collection, or in Niko words god tier😅
Nice vid, thanks Brittany 😊👍. That AT, yeah it's good looking.
Seiko 5 / snxs79 is one of the basics here
I literally wanted your expert opinion on this, thank you
I feel like people buy an OP not because of its design but because it is an affordable rolex
I love that Monta!!
Currently I am starting to collect watches and I am really fascinated with the history and how they are made. In my collection now I have, LIV P51, Tissot Couturier black and silver day date, Certina DS ACTION Day-Date, Casio WVA-M630B-3AJF, Hamilton Khaki Field King day date, Mido Multifort Gent, Seiko SUR449 day date, Movado Circa day date, Citizen Couturier, Citizen CZ smart. I am currently looking at a Tudor or Omega on Watchrecon. I was wondering what your views of these 2 are. Thank you.
The gentleman has no screwdown
You could have stopped at the Aqua Terra. In red its simply spectacular.
Any love for the Traska Commuter?
Lovely watches and totally love that you cover a wide variety of budgets 🙌🏻
I am trying my best! 😇💕💕 there’s so many amazing watches at every price point!
Good advices . I like the OMEGA AQUA TERRA, the TISSOT. 5 nice ideas.
The sbgp line in gs with hour jumping function and no maintenance quartz movement can be a good alternative
You missed the Seiko brand, in case you didn't know, in the 6s and 70s Seiko was present in the most important sports competitions in the world.
even in the movies, in the James Bond saga 😎
This video is spot on! The Aqua Terra is amazing the video or pictures don't do it justice.
I'd like to suggest Panerai for men as another option love my 42mm PAM111.
I have 35 years old Orient still excellent
Tissot prx is also a huge winner imo
I'm not going to lie but that Casio is really nice
Monta is not exactly budget friendly for a micro brand….BUT I would say it’s entry level luxury.
I have the Tiffany Casio and it's my favorite in my collection. Can wear it daily without worrying about scratching it
None can beat the Citizen Tsuyosa on value for money
Buying a Tag Aquaracer was the worst choices I have ever made. Went from £1750 to £700. If I had bought a Rolex I would have made money over the past 6 years. Moral or the story, buy Rolex even if you think they are a bit boring like I do
U wouldn't buy a Rolex if I did it with someone else's money.
The seiko 5 snsx77 is also really nice
I agree that there are better alternatives for Rolexes. But can’t argue that Rolexes hold their value.
for me you forget the 37 longines spirit…one of the best
Glashutte original, senator excellence black dial.
EXCELLENT SHOUT!!! 👏🏻👏🏻💕💕💕
Ball Marvelight is a great watch too
Casio is honestly Godsend. Affordable but you can have a watch that is functional and or beautiful.
There’s no substitute for Rolex, got one!
That casio with rubber band is insane, these are factory? What exact model is that please?
Cool list. I like that Nomos
Love nomos
covered all the price range.
Great alternatives to the Rolex, especially the Casio......had the Rolex in mind but after watching this, even the powermatic 80 (the silicone mainspring is awesome) is out of the list, Casio is the way to go !
I just went for the Oyster Perpetual Date Just, Olive dial, $40 from Shanghai. They even spelled Ronex correctly.
Your voice, your brows, your hair. Subscribed 🌹
Her luscious lips! 😂
Gringa knows watches 👍
And better than all of these !!!! Zenith defy titanium 😍
😩 👌
🤣👏🏻👏🏻 ain’t that the truth!
I'll agree with the seamaster Aqua Terra. The oyster perpetual still beats it and the rest of these in the looks department.
Nice list, I like the Oyster Perpetual the most.
Well said.. 🤣 They're being paid to bash the most successful watch company in history!
@@emexokezie7796 Love how everything always is compared to Rolex, or how videos always covers ”alternatives to Rolex”. You can always go with alternatives, but it will never be the same as the original. They always use arguments like ”there’s cheaper alternatives with better movement/ built quality”, however it will still not quench the thirst for the actual thing. Also, mentioning Rolex generates views
In fact… Rolex stay Rolex and will ever stay Rolex… you have Rolex and the other ones, choice made 😌.
I don’t say that other ones aren’t good, I just say that you can’t compare a Rolex with other ones just because of what Rolex represent and it’s value… I first buy a Rolex then maybe other brands. Expect if I can buy a Patek Philippe first 😂😅
I am surprised that Seiko SNSX was not mentioned.
AT is more expensive though. Well it was when I bought my OP.
I'm buying that Casio in the Tiffany Blue style. Sweet.
I got a 60s vintage tugaris hand wounf watch with minimalist black dial, no numbers, just etched markings which I got a couple of weeks ago, I regulated it and now im only gaining a minute in a month. Cant complain. I got it for USD80.
Nothing beats a video with "Rolex" in the title for views, well done
That petrol green dial Nomos looks the best imo.Absolute Class
Good list, though I will disagree on the Seamaster… For the price and it’s lack of availability at retail. I would choose the OP over this any day. I would add a Halios Seaforth to this list… The one with the non-rotating bezel.
