- Rolex Submariner no date 114060. A Rolex watch review. I have no regrets not waiting for the Rolex Submariner 124060. This Rolex has a black dial, 40mm case, and an oyster bracelet with the glidelock clasp. What do you all think of this Rolex Submariner reference?
One of the best watches ever made. Such a classic style. And WOW, those ocean views are really nice.

The sub is an iconic watch and will last a lifetime if serviced , one thing the I will never buy one is Rolex business practices, won't play the Ad's games also its such a shame that not many watches are going to true enthusiasts.

Resellers are a big problem but is what it is. People resell Stanley’s lol. I went to an AD a few weeks ago asking about an explorer and basically got laughed at.

Don't get me wrong they are good quality watches but not gold dust. I think Rolex Ad's should be called museums LoL

Scratched the crystal?! That’s hard to do. Anyhow you’re paying for the name and what it represents. Reality is that if you bought a Christopher Ward C60 at a fraction of the cost you would have trouble noticing any difference in performance. Great video-think about tightening the desk shot with your head higher in the frame and possibly showing the viewers your expressive hand gestures. Good luck with the channel!
I think the scratch was from my wives diamond ring hitting it. Solid advice appreciate it. I’m trying to improve my recording and that is helpful. I want to sit when talking but need to figure out where/how. Feels kind of awkward standing lol.
Why would I wear a Christopher Ward C60 though if I have the money for a submariner which is in every way a better buy?
I own this watch and other Rolex sports models. Not sure how you’ve managed to put scratches on the crystal and the ceramic.
I think it was by getting whacked by my wife’s wedding ring. Diamond > Sapphire lol
