i've been using the 2.0's for a few years. They never fail. But I've moved on to the single bevel ironwills. I used a magnus stinger non mech for years and never let me down.
@@sinepari9160I’ve used the stinger buzz cuts for years and always had good results except for a buck I shot in the liver that I never found even with a dog. Trying the sever hybrids this year
Thanks so much my brother, really appreciate the support man🙏🏼🔥 Sorry for taking so long to reply, I took a week break to catch a breathe and now we back 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Looking forward to see these arrows at work. Remember they are for hunting and you need the momentum at longer distances - especially for broad mechanicals. The lighter you go the more you lose momentum at distance. No good reaching the animal with enough energy to wound. How much more do you think a 570 gr arrow will drop compared to a 500gr arrow - at 60 yrds? There's a video for you - 450, 500 and 550 gr arrows shot at 20m, 40m and 60m and lets compare the drop. Sight them in for each arrow weight and misjudge distance - shoot at 35m and 45m when using 40m pin.
1000% - they worked perfectly I can’t wait to show what it did🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Sorry for taking so long to reply, I took a week break to catch a breathe and now we back 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Wow wow wow this flirting needs to stop buddy, you have someone I have someone, I don’t think this is couture 😳 😂😂jokes aside thanks so much guys, loving your videos, loving how much content you putting out. As a point of conversation why do you use a mechanical head? I also believe the Sevr design is as good as it’s going to be for function and reliability. Even the original design by the Ulmer brothers worked great for my son. I know you can and have taken game at extended distances partly because these heads fly so well. In all my years I have never used any mechanical head. I prefer smaller fixed blade heads. Back in the day there wasn’t any mechanical heads and with my continued success why change? On a good day I have shot my fixed blade heads, Magnus Black Hornets, inside a 5” group at 80 yards. Showing me they will hit behind the pin. Now I won’t shoot a game animal past 40 yards because of the inherent possibility of it moving. Point is a fixed blade head in itself will not fail is my thoughts on which head to use. I surely enjoy your videos.👍👍
Honestly it’s partly who I was trained by partly because I have never had a mechanical fail me. I choose between mechanical and fixed based on the task at hand. Hippo/ Buffalo/ Giraffe I would only shoot with fixed blade All other plains game in Africa with a decent weighted arrow are actually soft animals.
It was a spine issue, we figured it out. Spine was way too stiff but we were waiting for our Easton shipment. We tried but I think we always knew it was gonna be an issue
All the Sevr guys I've talked to are awesome, and their broadheads are world class
Duuuude, what nice people❗️ I’ve never had a bad interaction with them, and believe it’s why they’re doing so well💪🏼
Great video Travis! Excited to see what you put down the rest of this season!
You guys are the best, sorry for taking so long to reply the team and I took a short break 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Quartering towards you shot with the SEVR was awesome!
Thank you so much man🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
👍👍🔥. Can’t wait to see the hunt. I’m 100% sure it will be amazing.
Can’t wait to share it with you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Ironwills are devastating 🤯.
Funny enough I’ve never used the 2.0 maybe I should give it a go 💪🏼
@@outdoorswithtravis They never fail to deploy and come SUPER sharp. One of the only mechanicals I would ever use now.

They smokers man I’m telling you
My favorite broadhead of sevrs is there 1.75 titanium
Fantastic heads🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I love these videos ❤
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment, truly appreciate it 🔥🙏🏼
It looks like 4 each 3.5” Bohning X vanes your running. That’s like 48 grains of vanes on the back of your arrow.
+ 216 grains on the front of the arrow
Odd you couldn’t get the lighter arrows to fly at distance when you have the one bow that you can tune in seconds to any arrow. Still good video.
It was a spine issue, we figured it out.
Spine was way too stiff but we were waiting for our Easton shipment. We tried but I think we always knew it was gonna be an issue
Still, not as deadly as a good fixed blade. If they can tune well.
Those are some tight pants!!
Dude I know😂😂 I’ve been training the last 3 months and my legs have gotten bigger and now I need a new closet of pants 😂😂
Some chomo is going to be first to forget to take out the practice screw.
100% 😂
