I've given up trying to fix this issue before but this method worked. Thank You!
For those still having problems, try running Windows Update at the end (after you've done everything in the video). That's what I had to do.
I might be completely wrong, but from what I understand:
Intel and Windows says your driver is good enough, but DaVinci says no > This video shows you how to revert back to the Basic Adapter to force Intel to install their newest driver, but DaVinci still says no > Windows Update detects the newest driver and updates it further, and DaVinci finally says yes XD

Check background app
If you are using multiple apps at one time this will happen.
Check system required for Davince Resolve.
