If i clean the partition gpt you see my hard disk will be clean local disk c will be merged with d, e, f. All data is lost when i command clean. Which way i can find my only disk c??

If your harddisk has multiple partition i.e mbr n gpt ,and c drive partition is MBR ,than it's unfortunate that whole harddisk will be formatted.
One option is , you need to go to cmd with shift +f10
Type diskpart
Then list disk
Then select your c drive by typing select (drive name ) and hit oky
Then type clean
Then convert gpt
Done.
Good back to booting windows,hope it will solve ur problem

will this format everything? please help. I have three partition C,D,E drive When I select C drive then this happened cannot install GPT error and when I do cmd by your method that is diskpart -> list disk it showing Disk 0 with 931 GB and free space 208 GB what to do?
I do not want to loose my D and E drive

If it is showing only disk part 0 and not other drive parts, then it is unfortunate. If you clean up 0 drive, that means all your existing drive will be erased.
You need to check with back up expert who know how to take back up before formatting pc

You need to ensure which kinda bootable usb , you have made.
If you have made bootable using NTFS, it may not work. If you have made with GPT disk partition, it will surely work
