I thank you sooo much. The tipp to connect my display directly to the CPU solved my DVR problem which I was almost ready to give up on. Such a valuable tip so few out there share. You are the best!
I’ve Been searched for solutions for this problem but I couldn’t find it and I lost hope to fixing it but you came from nowhere big thanks bro go ahead 🔥🔥🤤🤤 God bless you 🙏🏻
This helped so much! I've been down a rabbit hole for two hours trying to figure out how to get the clips to display... tried a zillion different things which resulted in the "unable to initialize GPU" error... but turns out it was as simple as Step #2 and replugging the HDMI into a different slot on my PC 🙃 Wish I had found your video sooner~ May the TH-cam algorithm bless you with 100,000+ subs. ✨
Thanks for sharing this video!! This is the 4th video I had found about the GPU not being initialized! Your video is the ONLY one who suggested using the HDMI port of the graphic card!! I had 2 monitors for this Desktop Dell PC and I was not using the Graphic Cards port and Davinci Resolve was failing to start!! Thanks again.
Thank you so much for this video! I'm new to the world of PCs (recently upgraded from a laptop) and had NO idea that it mattered where the monitor was plugged into and NOBODY else had mentioned that in any fix forum or video
Excellent! The first solution solved my problem. I just used CCleaner which probably disconnected the GPU settings. Thanks for your valuable and efficient video. Perfect
Thank you so much, i was co confused when one day it stopped working, i didn't know that my battery is low and the power save mode was the problem.. So little yet very important knowlage :))
Ty so much! You fixed my problem a week or two ago. Then I moved my PC and had the same problem, but for a different reason, and you fixed that too! Subscribed!
Thanks, your tip about the HDMI half fixed the problem. I'm on a laptop with a single HDMI and if I run Davinci resolve with the second monitor plugged in it doesn't work but if I unplug it then run Davinci and then plug the monitor back in it works. there has to be a better solution but this laptop has been very frustrating with anything involving second monitors despite having good specs. xD
Thanks your information help a lot I am new to this and learning as I go but no one ever said go to the website which is the name on your driver. Anyway got the update it’s working fine thanks a lot.
Thank You SO MUCH!, I was in the process of editing a video and when I opened up my Laptop later in the day I couldn't get on. So again THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I installed AMD driver downloading from the AMD site eventhough from the Device manager it was showing drivers are up to date. And after updating driver and restarting windows it got resolved. Thanks for your info.
Thank you so much. Only place where i found solution thorough. You not only made video to just made video. But you also looked if all are getting right solutions. I deleted and reinstalled the 16 th version and its now working i downloaded a cracked 16. Thank you
Thanks! First solution worked. Interestingly, both my power saving mode and high power mode were using, or at least showing that it was using, the same integrated graphics card. Nevertheless, it worked.
I tried everything in the video (up to going to a previous Davinci Resolve release level). I have a Nvidia Geforce 950 MX card, but for some reason DR wouldn't work with it. My system has an Intel graphics processor that I had unenabled in Device Manager. I found that by re-enabling that card I was able to run DR without any errors.
Hello, the only thing that resolved my issue was your last suggestion to install version 16.2.6. Thanks a lot! But then it gave me a "Unable to load plugin: USD.plugin" error. The app works now, but why is this and how to fix it?
@@videowithjens I found that deleting the USD plugin folder apparently resolves this issue. Could you make another video upon further research of this, please?
So wich one do I download? I am at the website for Intel from via your link, wich one do I need and download? Because my screen gets green and blurry when I go into the project in Da vinci.

Hello, the only thing that resolved my issue was your last suggestion to install version 16.2.6. Thanks a lot! But then it gave me a "Unable to load plugin: USD.plugin" error. The app works now, but why is this and how to fix it?
The plugin does probably not work with a older version of Resolve. You could check if the plugin have a older version from 2020
@@videowithjens I found that deleting the USD plugin folder apparently resolves this issue. Could you make another video upon further research of this, please?
Glad you figured it out👍 will consider it
