That most likely means that there is something wrong with the internal components. This device is very fragile, and can stop working to something as little as another device falling on it.
It's possible you need to go online and set it up for multiple devices. If I remember correctly out of the box it's only set up to connect one device but it can go up to 10 or 15

It is unlimited, meaning that the data will never run out. But the high speed is not unlimited. Once you use all of your high speed data, you will be moved to slow speed data until your next cycle.
I’ve had this thing since 2021 and out of no where it barely works , it has to be plugged up 24/7, the battery expanded and the bottom of the battery is peeling off , when it does turn on everything else is fine but the internet doesn’t work. Is it done for or what? I’ve tried everything plus resetting it , please help!

I haven't had any issues using this product and no issues with reliability personally. I've been caught on the side of the road and was able to power it on and recieve data service when my phone was out of range
i just got this device and 5gb plan i think. it already ran out in one day watching youtube videos. i dont understand. the same device work gave me would work the whole month but this one for my personal use ran out so fast. any ideas?
The device your work gave you lasted for longer because they most likely included the highest data plan in it (50GB) The only reason 5GB would run out in one day on TH-cam videos is if your watching those videos in the highest quality To use less data, keep the video quality at 360p or less. This should make it so that it only takes around 5 days for it to be used up. It may still be a short amount of time, but its better than 1 day. If you want to use your data in a much less amount of time, then I suggest that you upgrade your data plan.

I'm going to buy me one because I have T-Mobile I paid $60 for unlimited data and it never slows down for me I do use my phone for the hotspot but the battery swells up sometimes and gets hot so I'm going to switch to this T9 hotspot unit I can get on Amazon for $18 I'm hoping it works better than my phone getting hot I cannot afford my phone battery always swelling up on this phone up because you cannot take the battery out.I will also use the T9 for my Fire TV smartphone it does work very very good on the phone I'm also hoping on the T-Mobile T9 pretty sure it will work.
You can change the password by pressing the power button until the device cycles to the screen with the website address. Follow that address link on your computer and you will be able to reset the password for your device 💯

Generally at least when I do research on tech that I want.. if I find it highly challenging to find information that's truly valuable about a product online ,that's a bad sign.. companies actively spend resources to hide certain information that you'll never get unless you buy their product.. do not do it!

In a pinch, yes. I wouldn't buy it specifically for high-speed internet. But simple game play it should work fine. So far most hooked up at once was three pcs all streaming movies separately

The expansion of the battery means that it has exploded. It will not work the way it used to. You need to get yourself a new battery.

I removed the battery and just leave the charger plugged in as the battery swells up
And then what I do
The battery swelling up means the battery has exploded. It will not work anymore. Get a new battery
