Low budget, perhaps? But the directors and the editors have done a great job (with the two previous films) to make it visual and action-packed. Chad Michael Collins is a great "new generation" sniper. I encourage a big budget version with Chad as the lead.

My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because your movie gave me cancer anyway.
It is neither the budget nor the quality of photography that was the problem with the movie. The issue is not only with the weak plot, but also the horrible directing. Gosh! The director did a botched job and probably couldn't count one to twenty! How do you have 12 terrorists, kill 9 of them and still end up with 8 terrorists? This kind of nonsense is seen all over the movie, to say little of the ridiculousness of professional soldiers who goes looking for a terrorist to ask him for his intelligence source! The movie is simply horrible!

I didn't make it past the first scene! Bad CGI (especially the helicopters), really bad military styled action, the bravado and BS over comms was downright silly. The realism and feel of legitimacy was somewhere between a comic book and a coloring book.
