My first Oster was the best. When it died after many years I bought this one. It sucked so bad I gave it away and bought a Nuwave Bravo which I love. Mine made that popping noise too. Excellent review.
My old reliable 20 year old Sharp went south on me. First the microwave died but the convection worked, but now it died last week so this coming holiday season I'm going to be looking for one of these Oster's, hopefully at a discount.
I have an Oster toaster oven that’s about 10 years old. I’m actually looking to replace it now which is why I’m here. FYI, my Oster 6 slice toaster oven also beeps continuously at the end. Must be an Oster thing as is the toast with number but no time, the time increments, etc.
Trying to decide between this and a gourmia XL as my whole home oven, meal sizes are technically 4 people portions but it’s just for two people doing omad. Of note is I intend to modify the oven for any features i feel i may need that the given elements will support, including adding a top mounted fan and putting a bump on the top cover or running a rear fan if there is two layers to the shell at that position, and the main thing i will for sure add is a rotisserie motor and rest meant for a different toaster oven
I would think the beeps staying on for a while is more of a safety feature. On old full size ovens with built-in timers that was kind of a normal thing to have just a buzzer go on and not shut off till you came to the oven to shut it off. Although I think those it would still stop eventually because those timers were just wind up timers Marion that activated some electromechanical device.
@@WaveOvenRecipes too bad there wasn't a way to set it to your preference to stop beeping after a few seconds maybe with a few choices of how long it stays on.
I saw that Wolfgang Puck just came out with a French door oven. His Low Pressure cooker oven is a good oven but I think it is too bulky for the kitchen. It is GREAT, IMO, to have that oven outside if you have the space. This cooker I think would be fine if you had it "built in" a cabinet. That would look nice. But Yes it is very Huge !
I’m wondering how you’re liking the oven 5/6 months in? We have the exact same oven and the French Doors are starting to stick - it’s getting very difficult to close the doors with one hand. It’s taking some force, as if the hinges are rusting or something. Wondering if you have a similar problem.
Sir I bought the Oster 10 in 1 double door oven but I got no accessories in oven. Could you plz send me a link so I can purchase the accessories. Thanks again.
Eww I’m going to check out your air fryer cook book. I could use the help!!! I bet you could make a cook book for this Oster air fryer oven too! In the old days Oster used to give a big hard cover recipe book. Those days are over lol
I have this oven and its perfect for hams and turkeys, which the other ovens cant do
You sold me on this oven! Okay now to see where I can get it the cheapest! 🤗🤗
I always appreciate your reviews, they are always well done.

Yeah, I am not into some of the overdone "safety". And, just go for something I prefer 🙂

Would have been nice 🙂

You should call Oster for help.

In box me
You need to ask Oster.
I only got 1 shelf.😢
Is the gap between the doors a product defect or is the gap intentional? Either way, it seems it would be a great waste of energy while cooking.
I address that topic in this other 30 day review:

Have you tried roasting a chicken or turkey with this oven?
