Love that you are trying to put together a collection for each of the Fed banks for 1985. I have been working on each year from current to back as far as I find in circulation for each of those districts and have completed a few of the most recent series and now with those I continue to look for better condition notes to replace ones I have. Although it takes a lot of effort trying to find notes that are needed. It is just a labor of love since there is no extra value to doing it
Another informative video brother. Tracking down a series from over 3 decades is a commendable feat. Good luck with the search. I'll be waiting for the next episode brother 😊😊😊...
I do feel like I can complete the remaining 4 districts of $1s before I retire going by the challenge rules. The $50 and $100, might include finding one at the local pawn shop or antique shop as close enough to circulation (still forbids outright going online and purchasing it). Always thankful for you watching and interacting. Not sure where the next video is going, but an upcoming one will feature a purchase from Stuplubak.
@collectingonthecheap56353 interesting on the next vid. So you're looking to complete the set without any Ebay/ online assistance. 😵😵😵. Nice that will make the feat even more noteworthy. Of course I'll support your channel, and content. I learn from your content. I love knowledge, especially about a subject I'm interested in...
Yep, that is what makes it the challenge. Already seen that I could purchase them online, but it takes all the joy of finding something that one really wants to find, same with the W quarters, I have found 8 of 10 designs so far.
@collectingonthecheap56353 that's awesome. You are in a position where you definitely have readily access to currency. It's just a matter of if it's what you're looking for and condition...
At this point, I am with Stuplubak. Accept the find in any condition, like that $10, and maybe upgrade some point in the future, to at least have the note checked off the list.

Definitely a passion project for me.
