    Ride for Kyle at Jackson!

    Thanks for the feedback! Was a tough choice but I went with what I thought would be the most fun and easy to ride: Khaos 9R 155 x 325!

    Good stuff Chris, I'd love to see a video on ski pressure on the Matryx. Several people are moving that around in different ways. Stock seems to have a lot of ski pressure making the sled go upright more than the Axys ever did.

    Do you know if Polaris will address issues noticed with engine ‘boging’ that is documented in many snowmobile videos? Also will the P 22 primary clutch see any upgrades after the many failures it’s had? Thanks for information especially the comparisons.

    Hey Chris, do you know if a axis under seat bag will work on my 2015 pro ride

    Does the centre mountain bar make much of a difference in control

    What kind of bags do you use. Do you use Polaris bags or lync bags because Polaris does not have a good gas cane

    I ordered 9R Pro RMK Slash 155" with 325 track. The track may be too rough for Finlands snow, but I'll change it if it's not good. I want to try it first. I hope the sled arrives in time for next winter.

    Kinda wish Polaris had kept the different rail profiles. Itmade the sleds unique in their own right. Now it comes down to a shock spring rate difference with a lot of overlap through preload and HS/LS compression. I suspect that the Walker's will be able to decrease HS compression on the front and increase HS compression on the back enough to make a Khaos "act" like an Pro...and the exact opposite on the Pro to make it "act" like a Khaos. Even a click or two either way makes a HUGE difference in ski lift on my '21 Khaos, so it will be even more so with the same rail profiles. The two will never be identical, but there IS enough adjustablity in the Walkers to somewhat tame the Khaos or make the Pro more feral.
    This makes the real decision limited to the track and motor. For me and the altitude/conditions/terrain I ride with here in Alaska, it was the 9r with the 165 Series 8. I just can't justify the extra cost, weight, and complexity of the boost below 5-6000'. If we rode high altitude *all the time* like in Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and/or Revelstoke, hands down I'd have a boost....but at sea level to 5000', the power output is not appreciably different and HP to weight ratio is near identical, and the instant throttle and strong midrange of the 9r has me sold.

    Keeping my 2019 rmk 800 163. The price of new sleds are outrageous. 😮

    Weren't you with Arctic Cat at first? Wish you had stayed with them, can't wait for the new catalyst to take over the mountains💪🤟

      He was but they didn’t want to work with him in developing new sleds. And we’ll see if the catalyst takes over. Be surprised if it does though there about 10 years behind the curve!

    I've heard that the 24 boost runs and pulls better then older years ones. Is that true.

    If you want to go fast on the trail and have epic time in the snow without blowing up your sled changing spark plugs having bogs and P22 clutches flying around the mountain the LYNX Shredder is the sled for you !

    • @braydenlarson9302
      @braydenlarson9302 ปีที่แล้ว

      I keep seeing doo and lynx guys saying all this about the 9rs and boosts but so far 500 miles on my 9r 0 problems, and 3 850 na and we’ve switched 0 plugs no clutch problems. Our groups had 1 doo try catching on fire from the brake sticking and 1 clutch explode plus the cat that has a different code throw every ride not to mention they wash out and trench far worse than any of our Polaris. I’m not hating on any brands I just like to ride but you doo guys must get off bashing the Polaris.

    If you haven't got your snow check in already, you're not getting one.
    All the dealers here had waiting lists, and were sold out instantly.
    Many were upset when they found out you can have any color you want as long as it's black in an 850...

    After you saying the 2.6 was the best and on top of you were saying the 3 inch digs to much, now saying the 3.25 inch is the best lol

  • @mikegallup8982
    @mikegallup8982 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I have no experience on the 3.25 so can't give an opinion on that one, that said if you want traction throw the stock track away and buy after market if you are an aggresive rider. A Camso 2.5 challenger extreme is hands down so much better in any condition compared to stock all the way to 3 inch.. Polaris 3 inch has got to be the worst production track I've ever used, I'm trying composite M700 on my 155 boost this year, a little more affordable than Camso. See how that goes ;-)
