Im poor as hell and this helps me feed my snowmobile addiction when I cant afford to ride thank you so much for all the work you do to make this happen for us!!!!
@@Saa45MIVproblem is that buying the sled is the cheap part… I’m easily 6-8 grand a year in just fuel and oil. Not to mention sled maintenance and hotels when you can’t ride close to home.
@@Saa45MIV I’m in Ontario and based on our winters I’ll be forced into doing that. I figure within the next 5-10 years I’ll just ride in Revelstoke for 2 weeks in January and Quebec for a week in march. Then get 1 or 2 days of Ontario riding in February lol 😂
Matt, these are the most amazing trips you do in my opinion. That back country is beautiful beyond belief and something some of us will never get to experience. Thank you for going to these places and keep sharing! Stay safe!
Don’t ever apologize for filming the same thing, bro. We sledders are used to riding the same damn trails every year and we never get tired of them! It’s our superpower! Love the content, catch you again tomorrow!
The views are truly breathtaking. The footage you shot and edited was amazing, seemless, and kept me entertained throughout the video. Thank you for your dedication to the powersport!
I absolutely love the blue snowmobile you’re riding today. Hands-down best looking sled. I’ve seen in a while drive it hot and let it go. Ding. Ding ding
So I started watching your videos a couple years ago and this winter I pulled the trigger…..I sold my sled…. now, I watch you, I’m a way better rider, Never have to get unstuck and I and it’s soo much cheaper!!! Thanks Matt!!!!✌️😂🙂
Great video… that zone was ridiculous. Always find it ironic that we call large snow covered rocks, “Pillows”… lol. Peak hp for 9r is around 8200 rpm, Polaris way under weighted these sleds from factory. Get the clutch dialed in and then line up with that doo
Absolutely awesome content... I love the glacier content.... Awesome views .. I love riding sled but your level of skill is awesome to watch.... And u riding with your Dad is great... Keep em coming...
Never do i get tired of watching your shows on ripping it up in the backcountry. Watch every day u put them out. And that sled kicks ass. Just climbes and climbes. That 146 turkey has can sure go places to. Pinner to winner
Every new snow, is a new adventure, even on the same path. One of the things that make snowmobiling awesome. Hitting someone else's hidden bomb hole etc., thank you so much.
Just got my pre order Mountain View sweatshirt and t-shirt delivered in the mail today and I have to say they are amazing!! Such a sweet logo with the goggles and the fabric is actually super nice and soft. Def worth the money to support Matt and his crazy addiction. Thanks Matt for the amazing content also. Love the vids
I was a mountaineering instructor for the Army in Alaska, we'd take our students on a glacier for training during the summer, we would always see snowmobiles down in crevasses from riders in the winter. Just fyi, be safe!.
I just rode the snowmobile that your friend Jay is on and they are powerful and all they want to do is go straight up hill in deep ass snow they’re actually really good! I didn’t mind it at all but I am going to get a more powerful sled than the ski Doo. It is a Polaris and I’ve seen what it can do and it’s freaking amazing it’s a 2025 so I have to wait a bit but oh well. I’m small so that sled did really well and I’m not as strong as either one of you and I didn’t have a problem. I was tired by the end of the day, but you seem like you’re having use your arms a hell of a lot more on the Polaris.
Watched another video of yours, and its amazing how effortlessly your turbo goes thru the deep powder compared to the 9R. The 9R makes alot of noise and seems like it's going nowhere. Add weight and make that motor labor and I bet it comes to life.
The 9R is good, but not for up hill. The boost is better for up hill. That’s just my experience. And it’s great through the trees, but I prefer the 9R because for a lot of reasons. Funny watching this I can actually smell the snowmobile and I’m going in two days again for the last time of the season.
Wow 8700 lol. Wait until you get that clutching dialed to 8250 and fully tap into that available power. Interested to see how much difference you will feel.
Going on 5 years of the 850 & now year one with 9R & Polaris still can not get the engine map correct. Especially for starting. With that said I am still getting a new Matryx next season LOL.
That @14:55 sigh.. man I NEED to feel that sense of accomplishment. Getting to that bluebird mountain top sky, at the prime time of day. Ugh. 🛷 season in a nutshell.
Those battery impact wrenches are amazing! We have one at our shop that will brake lug nuts loose on a semi truck. It’ll brake the stud off if ya ain’t careful.
i just recognized the guy in the lime green suit and pink polaris from turcotes intermediate video i watched just last night hahah the gear stands out big time

Excellent channel! I guess your sled was reving a little high there ? 8700 hopefully the weight will made it rev better ! Keep shredding it is awesome to follow you!
9r looks pretty sweet but I gotta say that summit x n/a seems to keep up very easily for a whole lot less money and much better reliability. No hate on Polaris just sayin
the 800 and 850 etec's are proven reliability there's guy running around here with 30k+ km's on them untouched in my 20+ years of riding I have only ever seen Yamaha's get that kind of km's on them

I think there’s a reason there are no trees on that hill, or the larger trees that are there are bent over. I certainly wouldn’t be going right up the middle of that. I know you guys are well aware of the avi danger and well trained. I suppose your perspective changes when you’ve had friends killed in slides and had near misses yourself.
