I used GOOF OFF on my wood floors to clean old paint and other stains. It worked great. Just don't touch paint areas you don't want to remove. Like baseboards. I used a qtip to get close.

I'm always amazed by these houses that have good looking hardwood floors hidden underneath their carpeting. I've lived in several places and I have never had anything other than terrible looking subfloors.

That's because years ago hardwood went out of style...carpet became the norm n everyone covered up the hardwood with wall to wall carpet..which made no sense to me...cover up something durable easy to clean with something basically cloth...but it was the "style"

A few months ago I took out the carpet on my living room. Beautiful hardwood floor under the carpet. The floor needs to be refinished but that’s not in the plans for now. Your floor looks great!! Yay on the first sponsor

I've had the same problem on my floors. I'm renovating and having similar issues.
For the paint on my floors I used my window paint scraper razor and slowly and carefully scraped up the old paint.
not jabbing a sharp end of a razor down but parallel to the floor and slowly shaving the paint down. Worked magic. 💪

Try steaming those paint spots or using a hair drier. I had to do that on my floors.

Homedepot sells something that removes paint from flooring. I use it all the time

I had hardwood with paint too. I used a warm soapy to get it all wet then used an SOS pad and a butter knife. I tried everything like you and these were the only ones that got it All off. ~Samantha

I use Murphy oil soap, let it soak for a day and it should work.

On your office floor, a real good easy paint remover is a varnish stripper. It does not ruin the wood, but it will remove anything you have on the wood. Once you apply the gel like stripper wait about 15 mins ( if the spots are heavily soiled with paint, then gently remove. You can literally use a paper towel, it can get messy and you don't want to ruin a decent cleaning towel. Let me know if you try it. We've had great and easy success with the varnish stripper.

Run away tape! LOL You did so good! It’s was nice to see those floors. I can’t hear the video. It ‘s like 3am and I’m sitting in the airport, they’re playing dance music, really loud. I’m tappin ma toes 😆. 💕

I ripped out all my carpet in my house, more out of necessity than just because I wanted to but I have some decent hardwood floors, but I do miss the carpet in the winter, those wood floors get cold!

Yes, Goo Gone and Good Off are the same?
I've been using Google to take off labels on cardboard and ceramic with no residue. I'm positive it will release latex paint from surfaces by simply spraying on and waiting, say 10 minutes? And lift off with a smooth plastic paint scraper.
    Sound good?

A lot of times you can get paint drips off wood floors with a razor blade. Doesn’t work for paint that’s been smeared or rubbed in but a dried droplet will pop right off

If the paint splotches are not oil based then try a heat gun to make the latex soft enough to peel off.

Soak the mineral spirit on pieces of towel paper and place it on top of the big spots right on top trying not to get it on the floor.. let the mineral spirit do what is suppose to do without all the elbow grease
