Not to get too much into race, but I'm amazed about his story about a bunch of business guys not being Asian. Tons of tech leadership nowadays is Asian/Indian. I bet in another decade or two they'll make up half of C-level leadership in the top 500 tech companies.
Are they not already over half of C level leadership in most of those? All of the fortune 500s I’ve been at they already have beat that 50% mark you mentioned.
