To me, the reverse caravan is the best.
It wasn't reverse, that caravan has 4 wheels. The front two is barely visible.
I guess they watched the VW commercial and thought they would copy it. Still is great even though its not original. Well to be fair its hard to reinvent the wheel

The bathtub one was refreshing. So nice to see a group actually use their brains with the build design
Building some sort of dampened and sprung suspension would be my priority, just to save my own bones driving it. Better handling may just be a side effect (the bathtub had basically McPherson struts on all four corners, simple but effective)

For those unaware, the red bull alert is supposed to be a kirov airship from the command and conquer red alert game, hence the name. Awesome game and even more awesome soapbox

When the race is not much of a challenge to you, you go full reverse throughout the race.

they have a similar type of sports here in China where you have to build anything that you can come up with your creative idea and you have to jump from a pier into sea water and try to fly as far as you can. farther they fly, better chances they have to win. these types of sports are really needed in today's world
