I realized that the power is within me to choose slow living over the superficial rapid-fire lifestyle that would appear to others that I am productive, therefore successful. That outward appearance of my happiness or success to others just doesn't matter me anymore and I feel lighter for it. You just speak it so eloquently....

Two main ideas that I took away for myself:
    1. First, prioritize your health. Treat your body like you would treat a car that you will use until the end of your life.
    2. If you want to be better than your competition, you must experiment as much as possible to learn from mistakes. EXPERIMENTS! Try and take action immediately.

Over the past 10 years what i learnt is your skill and knowledge for that industry matters more then the knowledge you learn in these selfhelp books. If you are passionate enough about things in life, you will carve out your own path rather then needing less then 10 percent important knowledge from these books.

Hi Ali, I love your channel and all the tips and techniques that you share.
Can I make a tiny suggestion that I believe will make what you say even more powerful?
I notice you say ‘try’ a lot! You ask your viewers to ‘try’. You say that you ‘tried’ or will ‘try your best’.
The word ‘try’ is not a powerful word and I know you are all about productivity and achieving more.
It would be much more powerful if you say you ‘did your best’ or ‘will do your best’ and ask your viewers to ‘do their best’.
Psychologically saying ‘do’ is more impactful than ‘try’ and is much more likely to lead to better results.
    Just a suggestion. 🥰
Keep up the great work!! 🥳
