The shield is lightweight, anyone can use the shield hence why Walker was able to use the shield before he became a super soldier. What’s important is what you use the shield for.
Vibranium is canonically a relatively light material and can effectively nullify kinetic forces. While the shield isn't entirely Vibranium, I believe there's enough in it to make enough of a difference
" ...And why does Mobby Fisher here even believe this note from a random stranger!" Uhm. Bucky is internationally known as a former Hydra assassin. If he tells you someone is going to kill you, you probably take it seriously.
I disagree with "no self respecting black man would ever want to be (captain america)". A self respecting black man absolutely WOULD want any opportunity to prove himself and make a change. And America is nothing like it was in like the 40s.
Completely agree with you, man. To be, the entire storyline about Sam's struggle as a black Captain America looks kind of forced. Even in the series, it was never about public opinion being against Sam, only about him not being authorised by the government. Which is kind of legit since Sam belonged to the Avengers who rejected the governent acts. Isaiah's backstory feels farfetched the same way. I'm aware it's kind of comic accurate but still feels like he exists only as a forced martyr of mistreatment. Black or not, I severely doubt any government would use an almost complete supersoldier as a labrat and then throw in jail for literally no reason.

Sure, it took Dr Strange a while to be able to make a portal due to hands/not believing, but Ned made a random hand gesture and wasn't even thinking about making a portal and STILL got the sparks? Nuance in shared fictional realities must be tough. It's somehow crazy to believe a war hero pitched up for a lunar vacation on the dl. Elsewhere in the MCU, we learn that a Norse God is now a required study in high school physics classes.
There is so much wrong with this show. On the surface it seems like it is tackling important issues, but in reality it is aiming to please both sides and is actually giving confused messages. I am not being very clear, but I suggest anyone who for some reason thinks that this show was "socially and politically important" to watch this video by "Kay and Skittles" that goes by the name of "The Ideology Of Falcon And The Winter Soldier", as it shows perfectly how this show is not at all as progressive as it wants to appear. P.S- I really wish they had given the Bucky's confession to Yori more screen time.
This is a fair criticism of pretty much all media or political individuals that try and be progressive. Simply put, being fair to both sides isn't possible. There are facts, which prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that things like exploitation of the working class, climate change and systematic racism do exist, and than there are a bunch of people who are offended by those facts because they are literally the snowflakes that they claim everyone else is. Actually there is also a large portion of people that genuinely believe there's a reasonable conservative argument for any political or economic policy despite their states being welfare states from the rich blue ones, having child marriage laws that are 100% immoral and disgusting and are very much a theocratic party in a country that is meant to be free from a religious state.

0:27 That's not the MCU, that's just how the government works. Every few days, there's another acronym or 3, and everyone expects everyone else to know what they mean. But most people just nod without asking questions.
The thing about the MCU is that it is all about missed opportunities to do something plausible yet Original. The First Thor Movie and Captain America Movie opened up the idea as to what would A Human Super Soldier be like if they were turned into an Asgardian via Enchantment and the Serum that was originally designed for Humans gets modified to fit an Asgardian. They later teased it in Endgame when Cap picks up Mjolnir but never followed through with it.
Ok i think you don't understand what "Picnic" is suppose to mean. You put it like picnic is supposed to be easy and say picnic is not easy it is hard, like doing some kind of labor. Picnic is suppose to mean cheerful and relaxing, and when someone says it's not going to be Picnic, it means that it will be distressing and gloomy. It is meant to convey that you won't enjoy the experience unlike a picnic.

And the more you dump on Walker, the more I like him.

33:40, as a guy who knows a little but about the military, no, that wouldn't work, the man who john killed was 1. A godamn supersoldier! And as shown just a few minutes earlier, a single punch could easily kill a normal man. Second, he had shown no intentions of surrendering. He threw a big brick at John, which would have killed John if he wasn't a supersoldier himself. And when John started to throw his Shield at him, the terrorist still tried to stand up and run away. And then, when John had him, the terrorist just stood there, with his arms in a defensive position, all the while saying it wasn't me. “Oh crap, am I starting to like Bucky??” Lmao I said that exact thing watching this series.
I liked Bucky since he came back in the comics. Where after his Winter Soldier brainwashing wore off and he got his memories back, he became Captain America and looked up with Black Widow. What a Legend.
47:12
Ouff.... I really expected or at least hoped for the recognition of the reeeeaaally significant sin that Marvel expects us to believe that a flock of senators listening to a good guy's speech actually changes their minds.
As much as I liked Captain Mackeria and all the truth told in this series, this "See? All is good now." moment bothered the hell out of me, and probably not just me.
yea the amount of disbelief i had to suspend to believe for a fraction of a second that world leaders would have an ounce of the humility necessary to listen to a nuanced take regarding a global crisis was brobdingnagian
@@TaeyxBlack Fancy word, I might appropriate that instantly, good sir!
“Flock of Senators” is now in my vocabulary
@@milkncookiegurl778 It's an honor to contribute to my second language, but in hindsight, a "pile of senators" would be more fitting.
It was also a "speech" that was just as much "words with no substance" as any politician would give. He just says "do better" without even considering anything, and literally says it's up to them to figure out how, as if assuming they hadn't tried already. It's just empty platitudes, and wouldn't convince anyone who thought about the words for a few seconds.
8:36 hit me real hard after losing my daughter. I cried at any part that related to that loss. Deeply traumatic.
Sorry for your loss
First time watching this I didn't know, now I do. You're unfortunately not alone. My sympathies.

My god. He figured out the science for how to do the whole season. Hope this means we get a Loki tv sins.
Thank you for honoring Eugene Goodman :) I had no idea who the guy was and had to look him up.Learned something awesome thanks to you
"finding Zemo" is the best thing I've heard all day
I found myself personally attacked by homer calling me a nerd because i was kinda looking forward to a full reading from the player handbook. Not v5 though, my version is and always will be 3.5.
I’m old…..2nd edition
To the sin at 38:05 in Germany it isn't illegal to escape prison. The only reason an escaped convict is returned is to serve out the rest of their sentence. No additional time for trying to escape.
To be fair lol Bucky is a WW2 vet so he probably now has a military ID and can get onto military bases 😂
Also an avenger
Except he was legally declared dead something like 80 years ago.
You think you can do these things but you just can’t ZEMO! Lmfao I flipping lost it 😂🙏😂
33:59 The shield in the dishwasher remark aged well after seeing Bucky wash his arm in a dishwasher in the Thunderbolts trailer.
As for Bucky being free, again, he got manchurian candidated. He wasn't in control, those actions weren't his. He was just the tool. Do you blame the hammer when you miss the nail and smack your thumb?
Also, dude got dusted and fought with the avengers, and Cap was his best friend. I don't think you're just tossing him in a cell and throwing away the key.
No sin off for the Wakanda scene with Bucky
agreed, although it probably would’ve ended up as ‘after everything, all it took to fix him was staring into some fire +1 sin’
But, again I ask, how does Sam handle the shield? Rogers was a super soldier, Sam is a guy who once ran slower than Steve.
" ...And why does Mobby Fisher here even believe this note from a random stranger!"
Uhm.
@@dimaudalow they threw him jail because of how they made him. They wanted to cover it up.
Bucky was on the floor as a reference to cap and sam’s conversation about beds being “too soft” and not being able to sleep on them.
WHEN HE YELLED SHUT UP CECE WE ALL GET IT HE SOUNDED SO MUCH LIKE SCHMIDT
It’s not a sin to water plants at night, it’s actually the most beneficial time to do so.
This would've been a great plug for their online therapy company they have done sponsor spots for when complaining about the therapist not helping falcon or the winter soilder
Ah yes, my favorite Marvel villain, "Bat-Rock"
“Unlucky Bucky stucky under the trucky”😂😂
Incase anyone was wondering, yes, the Sorcerer class description starts on page 99 of the Players Handbook.
Sleeping on hardwood floor is actually the way of telling he is still a typical soldier more than anything else.
17:42 and if only Sam who LITERALLY GOT AN ENTIRE SCENE IN WINTER SOLDIER OF HIM LEADING A THERAPY SESSION could understand the value of therapy 🙄
12:53 I'ma Finish what he was saying here before he made it a nerd joke
In D&D a Sorcerer is someone who is born with Inherent Magic For a variety of reasons, While Wizards Study to learn their magic & doesn't have it handed to them
Yup
SPOILERS FOR NO WAY HOME
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I have such a problem with Marvel for this because if we use D&D logic, Dr Strange would be a wizard while Ned would be a sorcerer. And that DOESN'T WORK because it's the same bloody abilities. Sure, it took Dr Strange a while to be able to make a portal due to hands/not believing, but Ned made a random hand gesture and wasn't even thinking about making a portal and STILL got the sparks? And then made the portal to Garfield with only a couple of attempts. Fix your magic explanations Marvel!
He figured out the acronym. Run
Yeah after having to watch my brother have to watch his baby boy die last year, that’s a level of pain and sorrow and psychological loss that nobody should have to go through

@@ThyAnthonyOfficial I think he said watching falcon is worse or as bad as losing someone ?

This is Aaron. If you wanna see Jeremy, he does CinemaSins.
Sounds almost like Tom Poppa
7:58 Because while the instruction manual may say "Electronic Battleship", they are most definitely playing regular Battleship. Clearly seen at 8:03 where that is most definitely the non-electronic version of the game.
Nuance in shared fictional realities must be tough. It's somehow crazy to believe a war hero pitched up for a lunar vacation on the dl. Elsewhere in the MCU, we learn that a Norse God is now a required study in high school physics classes.
Not at all.
Which part, @@PeterParker-ff7ub?
At 12:59, when he referres DnD, I pulled out my Player's Handbook and the difference is legit on page 99, I knew all the Sins channels did research on these scripts but I felt like that was a number he pulled out of nowhere and I had to check. Pleasantly surprised, keep up the good work
Conspiracy Theory about Steve Rogers is that "he's in a secret base on the moon."
... He became Buzz Lightyear?
0:27 That's not the MCU, that's just how the government works. Every few days, there's another acronym or 3, and everyone expects everyone else to know what they mean. But most people just nod without asking questions.
21:50
Another sin: This prison is supposed to be in Berlin, but the emblems are the emblem of Hamburg
I appreciate the amount of effort that goes into these videos.
24:45 To be fair, Zemo should be the most Infamous man in Human History as his actions caused half of the Universe to be wiped out for Five Years.
If not just for bombing a UN session, killing King T'Ckacka of Wakanda, and framing Bucky for it.
I feel like that party bit was only there so they could say “oh well, I mean we’ve got it all set up anyway, might as well…”
25:40 I had the same complaint about Zemo before I remembered his Ex Sokovian special forces or something like that.
Goosebumps everytime he says "oh captain my captain" & removes 10 sins ❤️❤️
I just died at "Unlucky Bucky stucky under a trucky,"
I mean, to explain Zemo's fighting prowess, it was explained in Civil War that he was in the military as a member of an elite death squad
I’m sorry but “unlucky Bucky stucky under a trucky” has me screaming oh my god
10:28 I wish that we got to see Cap using the Shield as a Sled or Surfing it like Link in BOTW.
I'm upset you didn't take off a bunch of sins for Sebastian's acting in Wakanda
@25:30 the pipe was already leaking at the valve, you can see the gases escaping, he is just making the spark for ignition.
Day 89.5 of waiting for a Day of the Doctor sin video. (.5 because it’s a compilation video.)
omg that’d be sick
15:43 I think at least the showrunner wanted us to at least sympathize with Karli, but failed. She's nuts. The show accidentally made Walker the most engaging and fascinating character, by accident.
47:01 I was rooting for Walker to kick the crap out of the other Flag-Smashers because I UNDERSTOOD him. I got his motivations. The Smashers, I don't know WHAT they wanted to accomplish! And I have the same question about Sam's Cap costume for this show I had since it b=debuted in the comics: WHY DOESN'T IT HAVE A HELMET WITH THE 'A' ON THE FOREHEAD? Every replacement Cap after Rogers wore the same mask, including Walker and Bucky!
47:25 You're taking sins off for the infamous "do better" speech? And the more you dump on Walker, the more I like him.
How does "regardless of the fact he was Manchurian candidated" work? How do you regardless 70 years of torture and mind control so that you can come back to the conclusion and Bucky needs to be held accountable for what he did under fucking mind control? You don't? Yeah thought so.
"I'm going to need more than Lamar Hoskins".
I would've given all the sins back if Lamar had turned to Winter Soldier, gave him the finger and said "Bucky 2.0 Bitch."
Wow. You're not good at this kind of thing, huh? No worries, neither are the Sins guys. Maybe they're hiring?
@@DoremiFasolatido1979 Thats it? Thats all you've got to offer?

@@DoremiFasolatido1979 thank the heavens someone else agrees with me. These CinemaSins are annoying, opinionated, and pretty much jus bs. Look up Lemar Hoskins from the comics. He picked the codename "Battlestar" just so he wouldn't go by "Bucky". Which I heard is kinda racist to call a black guy. Not as bad as the N-word, but it's there.

They aren't playing Electronic Battleship - that is the advertisement that comes in the normal Battleship box for Electronic Battleship.
I watched all of this excited to see you guys eviscerate that HORRIBLE "you've gotta do better!" speech by Captain Falcon in the final episode... and you took sins off. You TOOK SINS OFF. I just can't with that, lol. That scene completely broke this series, and it was already tettering on the edge trying to convince us that the Flag Smashers weren't actually terrorists.
According to that logic, so were the America Revolutionaries.
I came expecting actual film criticisms. Not someone trying to be funny and wrong most of time. Really grasping for content here.
You've hit many points a friend and I have discovered already, so...I really agree with this one.
Wow. Thanks for the Villomah-line. You're good, you guys.
If I were John, in this situation, and a heavily armed man stood before me in the middle of civilians, I might not have killed, but I'd definitely beat the shit out of him so that he wasn't a threat.
Aside from his temper, Walker did nothing wrong.
Zemo was skovian special ops. So he have mad weapon skills also. Take that sin back 26:54
15:27 Not to mention, this is the same guy who got his ass handed to him by ANT-MAN, of all people, so... yeah.
The season videos are so much more enjoyable. Great format
16:43 .... I dont know if this was an intentional pun but... TVSins gets a sin knocked off for it lol. DIXON!!!
The scene where John Walker brutally murdered a Flag Smasher.

why does Wyatt Russell look like the old man from UP while in the Captian America mask?? just saying
That was what everyone thought🤣🤣🤣
I enjoyed this show but the only thing I never really liked or understood was how iCarly and the Flagsmasher Bros could go hand to hand with trained soldiers of equal powers. As far as we knew they were just a bunch of former street tuffs, they never mention any formal training or anything.
33:53 it's a made up metal that is meant to absorb vibrations. i don't think it absorbs blood too.
