    hey girl! are you ever worried about heavy metals because you consume so much fish? i just heard tony robbins talking on tim ferris' podcast about how he was having all kinds of health issues and found out it was coming from heavy metals in his blood, because his diet was basically just veggies and fish.

      I do genetically have a smaller was it but I suggest really focusing on training your gluten and lats to create the illusion of an even smaller waist!!

    Just out of curiosity, I thought (maybe I'm wrong) that you were dairy free? Or is it lactose free? Anyway, why do you have Quest bars so often, because don't they have Whey in them? I'm dairy intolerant and love Quest bars so would love to hear your thoughts!

    I recently discovered your channel and I love your videos!! You're such a lovely person and a great inspiration!! I'm recovering from anorexia and your "What I eat in a day"-videos are so helpful and keep me going! Do you make them once a week (or could you please make them once a week if not)? I also follow you on Snapchat and Instagram and love seeing what you eat and create (in terms of baking:). It's great that you also write what exactly you put in your meals (like how many bananas etc.). Please continue to post pictures of what you eat!
    How many times per week do you go to the gym? And for how long each time?
