@@rageneverdies1999I have yet to kill a deer with my compound, I shoot it sometimes, but I hunt with one of my recurves or one of my longbows depending on what feels lucky that day, killed plenty with both, one of these days I'll make my own bow and hopefully have success with that

I can pull it to full draw and hold, but not stable. I'm droping to like 40lbs. maybe even 35 til i learn form. Then i'll pick up the 50 lb kodiak hunter.

He shoots the Fred Bear method.It’s quick release with that long bow. If it’s 70# pull it’s 70#’s all the way back until release. Notice no sights like a compound. Can’t hold that much weight back long enough to use the sights……in most cases.
We used to shoot 3d round ....20 butts of three arrow, and targets every weekend for 35 years. Its great for friends and family outings and is extremely good for keeping fitness up as we get older. A lot of the clubs have been dying out in later years.

I work at a archery pro shop I've been shooting a compound my whole life. Just can't get the hang of recurve THAT'S IMPRESSIVE !!!!!
