For those of you who don't see family and other users, you can open command prompt in Administrator mode and type in "net users (New Username goes here) /add. From here you can customize it under control panel>User Accounts>User Accounts>Manage another account. This displays every enabled user. If you need to enable a User go back to Command Prompt in Administrator mode, and type in "net users (name of disabled account) /enabled:yes". If you don't remember the name of the User go to command prompt in Administrator mode and type "net users". This displays every User if they're enabled or not.

Please login with admin account and go to settings then click account tab in that u will find family and others, click it and add your account and make user type as administrator. After that just save if u have any data in main account and go to control panel and in that u can delete the user account which is not urs
