Question: can you also send eurorack control voltage through the intrfx to be used as an expression pedal signal on a guitar pedal? Ore are levels going to be mismatched for that?
You can send CV through the eurorack i/o of INTRFX, but note that not all expression inputs will accept external voltages. Typically an expression input creates it's own voltage/resistance circuit. So, no it wouldn't be recommended for this use.

Sure. Yes, it doesn't have to both in and out, it can go one-way only if you like. And the the other direction can be used totally independently. This is true for all three channels.
