Hello wandering professor! Great video loved how you broke down the 4 basic categories of theistic arguments, it was easy to follow and understand. You can consider me a wandering student. But what is your position exactly on the topic? It sounds to me as if you’re an agnostic, so would it be fair that categorize you as such?

Thanks! I left out the argument from morality, but I don't like the video to get longer than 15 minutes. Perhaps I'll make another video at some point.
I would indeed refer to myself as an agnostic, but an open one. (For most of my life I was Christian). I fully accept the possibility that God exists, and I don't think it's irrational to believe in God. But I'm not convinced that any set of arguments or evidence gets us to the point of the probability (let alone certainty) of God's existence, especially if by "God" we mean a personal entity with will and intellect (as opposed to the impersonal force we see in Spinoza).
But I'm willing to accept that my perspective is limited on this matter. So, it seems a certain intellectual humility is in order. Hence my attempted openness.

I think videos around 15 minutes are perfect because you can give a general understanding of these philosophical concepts without boring people lol
Ok now I understand your position and I’m interested in maybe hearing a little more! Would you be open to a dialogue at some point? I feel much more ground is covered in an actually conversation instead of a back and forth in the comment section. Do you have a discord by any chance?

@@jordandecorte3252 I think I do have a discord, but I've rarely used it. But I'm certainly open to a chat. Always good to learn in dialogue with others.
