I’m really looking forward to what you have planned for the Autumn Colors. Enjoyed your video on the Cherry Blossom at Night. “ It’s so crowded “ has me thinking about coming to Japan for the Autumn Colors. Thanks for sharing your adventures!
I haven’t made plans for autumn colors yet but I’d love to show something exciting ☺️

Getting from one side of Kyoto Station to the other was by far the biggest challenge of my Japan trips.😵💫

清水寺、中学の修学旅行で行ったんですが全く記憶にありませんでした笑😅鯖寿司やあゆ寿司、10円饅頭、沢山美味しそーな物ばかりでしたが私はやっぱりお団子‼️

I'm proud of my Asian glow. Lol. Great informative video again. Thank you.
Thank you! 🥴
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵 arigatô for sharing it...
It’s nice to see crowds back in Kyoto. The businesses must have had a tough time the last few years. You probably filmed this trip before the temperatures hit 40. Maybe you could make a video on how to survive the Japanese summer.
Actually, during the pandemic the government was subsidizing domestic tourism with cash coupons. I was here August of last year when the country was still closed and downtown Kawaramachi was bustling with business. The great thing was visiting shrines and temples ... everything was peaceful except for Ise Jingu.
I was there at the end of June! It was still meant to be during the rainy season, so it wasn’t too hot and I was lucky with the weather ☀️
Surviving the Japanese summer would be a great video idea!! 😆 I actually have a few tips
@@TokyoFoodieSarah hmmm,... " how to survive Summer " ... I would definitely watch! ... god! I have to go back to Japan this week ... I wonder how many mosquito bites I'll get ...
I get red as well after taking alcohol 😉, just so u won’t feel alone 😜. Your videos are informative and awesome!!!! Just curious, Did you walk all the way from Arashiyama station to bamboo forest? Any alternate transportation available? Dun think my back can handle too much walking nowadays. Thx
Haha thanks for not making me feel alone 😆 I walked from Arashiyama station to the bamboo forest. It was a 10 minute walk. There are no public transport, but you can take the taxi which takes 4 mins (¥500 according to google maps)
How was the weather? Im trying to gage what clothes to pack for March and April.
21:10 I already want to go to Japan.
saquê on the rocks...refreshing??? kkkkkk👍🏻👍🏻🇧🇷🇧🇷🇯🇵🇯🇵
What was the rice content of the Sake on Ice? Or tell us what the brand is? Please.
Cantik ♥
Just subscribed to your channel. Your content is awesome.
My family of 6 is planning to travel to Japan and Korea from December 20, 2023 to Jan 5, 2024 but were are debating whether its better to stay in Japan for Christmas and then go to Korea. Or is better to stay in Korea for Christmas and then go to Japan. Is there lots of things to do and are places open during Christmas or New Year's? Also my teenage kids are interested in cafes and manga, so where would you recommend for us to stay? Is there any family onsen in Tokyo or near Tokyo. Appreciate any advise you can provide.
Thank you for your comment! I don’t know Christmas and new years in Korea, but in Japan a lot of the shops are open during Christmas. As for new years, a lot of businesses close from 30-31st December till 3rd January. If your kids like manga then Akihabara is a nice classic area to stay. You can find really nice cafes in a lot of major stations in Tokyo.
I have a video of a cozy ryokan in Asakusa. You can check that out! (Though I’m not sure if it will be the best option for a family of 6) I hope that helps! ☺️
Thank you very much for your feedback. It is very helpful.@@TokyoFoodieSarah
How is your soki training going 0:18
👍✅🙀✅👍
I wish I lived in Japan. Japanese women are so gorgeous. How can you eat so much and still be so beautiful. Here in America most are large. The food is unhealthy and full of salts, sugars, fat and sizes are huge. I love California but I uave always wanted to kive in Japan. Your channel is fun and it makes me wish I could live their. If you want an American husband let me know. We could get dual citizenships for each other haha.
Sarah your so beautiful and gorgeous 💘💘💘 nice to see you 😘
18:56 Anybody can tell you are (fortunately) not American, any American would be already complaining, at least off camera, for a 15-minute wait.
It's very interesting how Sarah eats so many sweets and doesn't get fat🤔Or is she doing 8 hours in the gym after?!😅
Not 8 hours for sure but I do go to the gym and eat healthily on normal days 😂😂
You always need carbs after drinking.
Yes 🤤
Your face isn’t red. More cherry blossom colored.
