Hi Vickie, as someone who spends way to much time online, please take my advice and ignore the negative comments. You are teaching and sharing your knowledge on something wonderful. So focus only on this and don't pay them any mind. Negative comments are from people passing by in a bad mood or trolling. Many people leave negative comments for fun, they do this to annoy and "break" you down for fun. Don't respond or acknowledge them, because negative posters are looking to hear if you will respond to them on one of your videos. As soon as you do, they will become more critical to get more responses from you, as this makes them feel powerful. People are quite sad and malicious online. So just do you, enjoy yourself, and keep on going with your lovely videos, even if they are out of focus!
I love the way you put your recipe together, and the patience you put into showing us here on TH-cam. Don’t worry about people who leave you nasty comments. Just ignore them and keep on doing what you do. God Bless you🌼🙏🏾🌼
Mz. Vickie forget those knuckle heads. Everybody is not on TH-cam to feed their own self esteem needs .....remember bullies like to put others down because they aren't happy with themselves. We are here for the info you share, Thank You Ma'am!
Please don't worry about the ignorance of people. You are great and the info is so good, that is what they should be focusing on. Thank you so much 💓 😊😊
O Vickie what I have learned from watching good content such as your channel on TH-cam is this. Their are at least 4 miserably sorry sods that have to be negative, hit the dislike, and complain in a none loving way. We just have to pray for them. They really need it. You are good at what you do. You keep it real. We love ya!
Thank you Deb. I seem to have been found by trolls, who are determined to tell me everything I do “wrong”. However not one of them has any videos that they have uploaded to their channel. I will usually delete those immediately. Every once in a while I will leave their comment to show their ignorance and rudeness. Thank you for watching!
Vickie don't take what the negative people's comments personal, they are miserable and jealous people, who need to get a life. Those butters you made are very nice!😊
Hi! I'm just starting out making my own products and seems like I have watched a thousand tutorials on whipped body butter! I loved watching yours the best. You explained everything slowly and were so nice to share your product information and recipe. This might sound funny but I think your body butter was so much more beautiful than any of the others I have seen! I subscribed to your channel and truly hope you continue to make videos and share the knowledge you have gained through this journey! Thank you!!!!
AMEN to that Beth. All you said Exactly applies to me also. SInce I found this lovely lady a few days ago, I have watched this video 3 times and saved it. Its my favourite of all the other skin formulation videos I have watched by other people. I have ordered my ingredients and cannot wait for them to arrive to start my DIY journey. Thank you so much once again Vickie. You really are a wonderful and kind person. I look forward to watching more from you. And hope you will continue to take no notice of those individuals who are intent of fault finding where there's no fault. Sadly we cant escape them in this life. Even JESUS had haters and fault finders. Anyway, keep doing YOU, and know you are truly valued and appreciated.
RoseRose RoseRose AWWW... You are so sweet! I don’t usually comment on other people’s conversations, but I just wanted to say how happy it made me to read your comment to Vickie! A lot of times human beings are so focused on the negative and it’s so nice to see people appreciating others! So genuinely... Thank you for being so kind! 😇💖
@@VickiesCountryHome hi how much shea butter i didn't ever hear that thank you so much for this recipe its great I just started making i had a recipe but I loved yours better thank you soo much im in Georgia.
I absolutely loved this tutorial. I have not started making any body butters yet but I hope too and the way you took your time to describe everything was very helpful. Education on the ingredients and the process is most important to me. Keep up the good work!
Hi Vickie, Wow!! I just loved this video. And I have a couple of things to say...first and foremost...I am SO sorry to hear that you may have received some unkind comments about being out of focus in your previous video. God bless people who complain. What can you do!! You said it perfectly...you are not a professional...AND...I will add...you are providing all this amazing info for FREE!!! FREE people!! Don’t let it get to you, Vickie. Please continue to bring all your wonderful videos to us! We love you!! OK...I got that off my chest!! 😉 On to the fun...I love your apron. That says it all!! LOL!! I want to really thank you for showing how you make this body butter. I just love this. I have to share that I recently purchased a small bottle of Argan oil...OMGOODNESS!! That stuff is amazing!! I put some on my hair and my skin...and WOW!!!...it felt amazing!! Thanks for all you do!! Love, Mary ❤️😘❤️
It appears the trolls have found my videos. You wouldn’t believe the comments that I am getting. Mostly I delete the comments, but occasionally I will leave them, just to let their rudeness shine. But, as I have said before - whenever I find a comment like that, I click on their channel. I have not once seen any that make videos themselves! I am also having a LOT of comments with product links in them. Many times the exact same wording, from multiple names. Those automatically get deleted! No telling where they take you! LOL! My sister bought that apron for me when I visited her in California. Love it! Yes, Argan oil is amazing! But mix it in with all of these other lovely oils - wow! This is such an amazing product! I hope that you give it a try! Love ya!
Vickie's Country Home - I am definitely making this...already looking for the sources. BTW...I may have missed it but does your Amazon shop have a link to the pot you are using. That is perfect!! ❤️😘❤️
Mary’s Nest unfortunately I purchased this set of stainless steel pots around 1992! The closest that I saw on Amazon was a Cuisinart 18/10 stainless steel 6 qt pot with lid. You just need to make sure it has the heavy bottom. I think mine is layered with copper an aluminum for heat distribution.
Watching this and listening to you made me cry. You sound like you have abundant love and patience. While your recipe looks fantastic, the reason I watched to the very end of this video was because of you. It comes across so strongly. Much love ❤️
I wanted to let you know I use this on my dry lips and it is a miracle! I finally have found the body butter recipe for my very dry body. Thank you for sharing your wonderful gift.
Great video, need to buy some when I place my order for soap. Love you, even if your out of focus!lol I didn't notice it on any videos, you don't have to apologize.
Oh my how I enjoyed this. Could not believe that there are some that are disagreeable and leave nasty comments, especially since you are so gracious to give us your recipe and time without charge. The least they could do would be to say thank you. I'm especially grateful as I have watched other videos that gave inaccurate information and I wasted my goods trying to make it, but your recipe stands to reason ratio wise and I can't wait to try it. I loved that you added an extra 1/2 ounce to the one's your giving out. Your a very special lady, and the Lord bless you!
This is beautiful Vicki, thank you for presenting this. I look forward to making your recipe. I so enjoyed watching and listening to you, as per previous comments you are easy to listen to with your easily explained instructions. Your sounds and visuals were perfect today…watching from New Zealand.😊
❤ Vickie… Since finding your wonderful channel I’ve been unable to watch in chronological order. This video from 5 years ago was here today and I have just got to say… You look as beautiful today as you did the day you made this video! Another observation (until today would have been awkward to say but here’s my opportunity) Your skin and hair are so always amazing! It was great seeing how passionate you are about this magic, age defying, skin nourishing product you are making 😊 Im still working up the courage to try canning so this project will be a little lower on the to-do list but I have saved this video for when that day arrives. TY so much for this!! You are always so well spoken and your style is wonderful- calm, clear and understandable 🙂 Such a blessing to me (and 62 thousand other people hahaha!) 🎉❤ Thank you again!! HI there, I need to let you know I've been making body butter for only about 4 mos now, and I can never get it quite how I want it until I watched your video. I made your recipe with only a little bit of a modification, I used coconut oil instead of avocado oil. Well, it's by FAR the best body butter I have made yet!! Thank you so much for teaching me how to make this wonderful body butter. I am going to check right now if you have any more video's I can watch and learn from. Thank you so much! :)
Great video! Thank you for the recipe. I'm just getting started making products for my home. My goal is to get rid of things with chemicals and make my own lotions, soaps, and eventually hair products for my family. Thank you again for the great video!
Great body butter info! From what I've learned, the shelf life on body butters are about a year, you don't need a preservative because there is no water in the recipe. 😊
Yes, usually about a year, but it also depends on the particular oil/butter, and also how fresh it is. All oils can go rancid over time, so the fresher they are, the longer it will last.
Also-if she is going to sell it, even though we tell people do not put water into it, people will most likely stick their wet fingers in the butter, so- it helps both parties.
I just finished making it and I love it so much. Thank you. I put it all over my body and all the left over stuff on my hair so nothing was wasted. Tomorrow I can wash it off and see how my hair feel. The cream feels so buttery soft and fluffy. I am saving this video to watch over and over again.
Beautiful video. Who cares about focus? You're doing a magnificent job. Did you cool your butter in the fridge b4 whipping? I've never in my whole entire life seen such a whispering mixer like that. I'm jealous. Have a good day
Please don't pay attention to negative comments, you do very well with your video content. And you have the sweetest demeanor. Some people are just stupid. Thank you for the tutorial.
I just found you! I suffer from a lot of skin sensitivites, also and appreciate how you take your time and explain things clearly. Definitely will continue following you on TH-cam. Many thanks!
Can’t thank you enough for going to all this bother to put out this video. I have learned so much, and will now make my own creams. Please pay no attention to the haters, their lives are so empty, their only way of getting any joy is to put others down. You are your natural self, no affectation or pretentious, which is so rear this days. Please continue with the good service you are doing. Remain blessed and positive always.
I actually stayed until the end of the video was done, I just love how you took your time to show such amazing formula very interesting I think I will try it sometime, from Trinidad...Keep it up
Thank you so much for your time and effort to put out a video like this. I'm very impressed of your patients to explain it step by step and in clear way that everyone can understand. I'm sorry to hear that you are not in business anymore you definitely inspired me for the holidays. Thank you again and God bless whatever is your new path.
Thank you I follow you because the products are make with organic ingredients. Thank you for sharing the Magnesium lotion you made before it has been amazing for my knees. My 90 years old mother loves it.
Thank you Vickie for sharing this wonderful and informative video! I did not notice any issues with focusing and even if there were, that does not give anyone permission nor is that a reason for someone to be rude or nasty. Vickie, you do not apologize for the ill behavior of others. Thank you again! Bless you!
Thank you soooo much for the recepi I made it and omg , I’ve been using it for the last 2 months and what a difference The color of skin, the texture, brightness hugely improved It’s my everyday go to cream !!! Thank you very much 👍 It’s been 2 years and I still use the cream. 👍 I’m customizing it a little every batch I make. Very good cream. Thank you again !!!
A very detailed informative video. I was glued to the screen. You really kept my attention! I could tell you take a lot of care in how you do things and are a very sweet person. I was making my own body butter because I want healthy products and do not like most smells. I find that the Mango butter does not smell like the shea butter. It takes a lot of essential oil to cover the shea butter. I have not tried using the coco butter but I did use coconut oil. I used the same oils you did except for I used almond instead of avocado. I wish I would have watched your video before I made mine. I thought about trying just mango butter and coconut oil as I would like mine very low scented. I am gonna have to try coco butter. If it smells like chocolate that may not be bad. I just sure am not a fan of the smell of shea butter but there are not many smells I can handle. Thanks for the Video it was a blessing.
I am glad that you enjoyed it! I love the smell of cocoa butter. It does get calmed down some when mixing with other oils and essential oils. You can buy deodorized cocoa butter, but I’m not sure what processes they use (chemical or mechanical), and what it does to the properties, so I prefer not to use it. Enjoy!
You are so sweet, and I never understand why someone would 'dislike' a video that someone lovingly took the time out to do. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill!
Love u. I just started making because of an allergic reaction from antibiotics. My family also have very sensitive skin. U are amazing. Thank your for your kind heart. May God bless you. ✝️🙏🤗🌈❤️⭐. Thank you for the recipe. 🤗
Remind me of Mr Rogers calm and neighborly. I found the same problem nothing seems to work for as far as bar soaps/soaps,I prayed for what works for my skin. And saw lume soaps they work for me. Thank God commercially supplied items aren't good for everyone.
Hi Madam Vicky. How are you ? I watched your Video making a Special Body butter i reaally admire you the way you explained each ingredients, each benefits to skin. Thank you

Thank you Vickie. Its a Good video I really enjoyed it and don't let the negative comments from Trolls stop you from being you. They everywhere online.
Vickie, I'm so happy to find your wonderful mango body butter recipe. I've been recently diagnosed with histamine intolerance and salicylate sensitivity, and unless your allergies are similar you may not realize that the ingredients in your mango butter are the only ones I can use! Your video was terrific...very informative and just what I needed. I'm also in Nevada (Henderson) so I understand dry skin. Can't wait to make this recipe. Thanks again!
@@VickiesCountryHome It's difficult to "test" for some allergies. Do you react to things you eat as well? My diagnosis was confirmed (by my doctor) when I did an elimination diet and began to feel better. Discovering some of the same offending ingredients in my personal products came later. You may want to investigate "histamine intolerance" and "salicylate sensentivity" to see if you have any of those symptoms. I'd be happy to share some of the sites I found. Just let me know. I think it's a God-send that I found your mango body butter with the exact ingredients that I can actually use! I'm ordering everything I need this week.
Please do! I have already determined that a lot of preservatives in bath and body products cause me problems, which is why I got started making my own.
Thank you so much and you are right about the Argan oil. Don't worry about what others say, you are bringing forth some wonderful videos and I really enjoy watching them. As long as the world is in its current state there will always be people who criticize, even Jesus himself was criticized.

Thank you!
I actually stayed until the end of the video was done, I just love how you took your time to show such amazing formula very interesting I think I will try it sometime, from Trinidad...Keep it up

If it makes you happy go for it!! Each of us can learn something they didn’t know. I enjoy what you have to offer.
Thank you Vickie for sharing this wonderful and informative video! I did not notice any issues with focusing and even if there were, that does not give anyone permission nor is that a reason for someone to be rude or nasty. Vickie, you do not apologize for the ill behavior of others. Thank you again! Bless you!
Thank you for the great well organised instructions, rooted &grounded spiritual approach and wonderful mother patience .

Very good cream.

Did you figure out what was in the silver bottle? She said it was Jojoba oil right after she measured in what she previously said was 20 gr Jojoba oil
@@vjohnsonMusicLover that’ll be the Argan Oil, in her recipe it’s 8g Argan Oil. Think she says jojoba by mistake
Enjoy!
I LOVE you! These are the kind of good old fashion down to earth folk videos I like. Keep them coming love!
Thank you for the tutorial I am going to try it tonight when my family goes to sleep. I am excited to try it
You are so sweet, and I never understand why someone would 'dislike' a video that someone lovingly took the time out to do. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill!
I am also in northern NV, Carson Valley area, not so off-grid :)
Thank you! You aren’t too far away - for Nevada!
@@VickiesCountryHome No, not too far at all!
Your doing great!!!!! You have the guts to do videos to show others how to moisturize the skin. So thank you.
Love u. I just started making because of an allergic reaction from antibiotics. My family also have very sensitive skin. U are amazing. Thank your for your kind heart. May God bless you. ✝️🙏🤗🌈❤️⭐. Thank you for the recipe. 🤗
There is something very therapeutic about watching this a listening to your voice. Lovely video and great tips. Thank you from the UK 🇬🇧
Thank you so much!
Remind me of Mr Rogers calm and neighborly. I found the same problem nothing seems to work for as far as bar soaps/soaps,I prayed for what works for my skin. And saw lume soaps they work for me. Thank God commercially supplied items aren't good for everyone.
I'm trying your recipe this weekend with my grandchildren.😊
Thank you for this wonderful recipe, butter looks luxurious.
I like you. Be yourself. No matter anyone does some negative thinkers will always find fault. Thank you for ignoring negative talkers.

As a visually impaired person everything’s always out of focus. But this was a good video, very informational. I’ve got a friend that is teaching me how to do this kind of stuff and I am going to try your body butter recipe for a couple of friends of mine. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
Thanks so much for sharing,Mommy...I just found your channel. And felt so blissful the way you had sharing everything into so clearly and patience... Thank you Mommy...
Thank You so much for making this video, I learned alot❤️. I am hoping to start making body butter soon. Thank Jesus again
Hello 👋 Karen, how are you doing?
Your process is Wonderful. Looks like the Shea Butter is refined. Raw Shea Butter, unrefined, is yellow.
This is certified raw shea butter, but it is more of a yellow tan color.
Hi Vickie enjoy watching and listening to you make your butter. Maybe I will be on your Christmas list. Be blessed.
Thank you Vickie. Its a Good video I really enjoyed it and don't let the negative comments from Trolls stop you from being you. They everywhere online.
Great Job grandma! Thank you for your patience. 😘❤
I have thoroughly enjoyed your video and how thorough you were. God bless you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so happy this will help! I make it for my own use. I have never been tested, but I am sensitive to so many products!
God bless you ma'am for sharing your knowledge, more wisdom and long life to you
What a wonderful video! Thank you for sharing your recipe too. ❤
you are appreciated and love by many don't listen to the haters
Thank you so much and you are right about the Argan oil. Don't worry about what others say, you are bringing forth some wonderful videos and I really enjoy watching them. As long as the world is in its current state there will always be people who criticize, even Jesus himself was criticized.
Hi Vicky. I really enjoyed your video. I was looking for a mango body butter recipe and came across your video.I have everything on the shelf for this body butter. Including the white 4 oz containers. Come first thing tomorrow morning, Im gonna make this.
👍🏻🤗
First time checking out your videos Vickie. I love this video and am looking forward to trying out your recipe. I was sorry to hear you say you’d had some nasty comments about your video quality. I just don’t know why people have to make such comments! I just point and shoot my iPhone for my videos with no editing. Life is too short to use up precious time making professional videos when we could be making things instead!
Thank you, and I agree!
Hello 👋 Lisa, how are you doing?
God bless you Vicky, thanks for sharing your recipe 😊💕
Dear Lady, Thank you so much for the lovely video to watch. Thanks so much for your kindness and the perfect recipe. I enjoyed watching and I definitely plan to prepare one of these days. I have to tell you that I saw a lot of body butter videos but only when I came across your video did I learn how to make body butter. Everything is so clear and understandable and I don't even have one question to ask. Again thank you very much God bless you🌸🌺
You are welcome, God bless!
I love this video and learned a lot. I have very sensitive skin and I can't use drug store products so this is great!
Me too. That is why I started making my own products!
You are such a kind and gentle person, thank you for sharing this recipe ❤️ I've subscribed for your channel 🌹And sorry about my english language (I'm from Brazil and do not have fluency) 😘
Thank you Raquel! My husband had the pleasure of working in your country for a month about 10 years ago. Blessings!
You were SO sweet and I loved watching this! I can't wait to try out this recipe, thank you!
Will definitely try it out....Thank you grandma💓💓💓. God bless.
Thank you so much for your video I love your recipes and I love you too you're so sweet and kind I'm so glad I found your little recipe here
Please put me on a list if and when you decide to sell it. My hands are the worst they’ve ever been. You know, nothing burns me up as much as those screwballs that have nothing better to do than bellyache about any little glitch in a video. I have LOVED every video you’ve produced and don’t even realize they are blurry. My blessing comes from the content. Love you to pieces, Vickie...aka Mad Scientist, 😆. Jo
LOL! Love being the mad scientist! Such good things come from it! I am glad that you enjoy them. Sending you an email. Love ya!
THANK YOU for sharing your precious time, talent, knowledge, skills, & kindness, with us all. Love your apron! Hugs & Blessings 2U!
Thank you so much, you're so kind for sharing :) hugs from Liverpool, UK x
You are so welcome!
