I see many bad things said about social media and Facebook but channels like this is why I love social media. It gives us the chance to share with like minded people and learn from others around he world. Cooking food for people is an act of love and this lets us share love around the planet. Thank you Aysenur Altan. Salam alaykom
That hotel manager sounds so good. It's great that he's so hands on and passionate about the food. No wonder the buffet was good!
No junk food keeps you slim and small portions. I will make this. Thank you to the hotel manager. His secret will be out and enjoyed by us all! My family comes from Sparta Greece. I am learning so much from these videos. My friend is married to a Turkish man and she is Irish with wild red hair. They go to Turkey every year a few times and she cannot speak but loves it.
I'm an Indian , living in Dubai, I love everything turkish, the language, the innocent way of talking, the dresses and the food... Funny story - fell in love after watching ertugrul series and now you've made me love you more ❤️
❤️ Greetings from Istanbul to Dubai dear

Thank you for this recipe, I can't wait to make it! I'm from Naples in Italy and we were a lot in touch with ottoman people in the past, so we have similar dishes. We have something like this, but it's stuffed with ricotta cheese and salami bits. The dough it's slightly sweet.

This is similar to the dish here in the U.S. as well as Mexico/Central/ South America and Africa it can be a meat or vegetable filling even sweet there is a difference on some of the ingredients but ultimately the same in the end of filling the pastry but this is awesome I can't wait to try this I love your channel
That is nice. It has basic ingredients at the end. Hope you try my version too
@@TFT I would love to 😍😄😊
This is very tasty 🤤🤤😋😋 & yummy as usually I prepare for evening tea before we steam it _in india electricity not always 24hrs with out information shut down electricity department .So becoz of this we usually in Lucknow people steam it prior doing traditional way of baking you can a part Indian Avadhi cuisine tradition.Same way people prepare sweet filling in it with the team gujiya &puran polli (stuffing of chana dal). Thanks for sharing it .
Very very nice recipie thnx to share with us

itook a photo but i could not chare it with you but its successful hhhh
One of my favorite snacks!!! Thanks for the upload👍🌷🌼🌺
My wife makes Pogaca like that but another thing she sometimes does is follow the recipe for the mixture and filling, but rather than cooking them in the oven she deep fries them. They are then like very tasty savoury doughnuts.
That is an interesting idea. I am sure it must be delicious with deep frying
I make them,very good! Teskkuler!
I love such flaky pastries, definitely going to make these.

Thanks for sharing the recipe...i made Turkish Bread ...it was fantastic really happy to discover your Chanel ❤❤❤❤❤
Delicious recipe well made look ever so tasty...
Excellent lovely recipe
I love the name, I am Italian and in Italy we have bready things called "focaccia", but in the dialect of my region it is "fogaza" o "fogasa"... a very similar word (but we pronounce the A in the middle) ;-) Your recipes look so easy and nice, I need to try this
Hi! Thats interesting. I know the name and recipe focaccia but didn't think that way with "pogaca" :) Thanks hope you try and enjoy it.
Love your recipes, I have made some 😊
Could you tell me the name of the peppers you grill ? Thanks
They dough you made for this reminds me of the soda bread I learned to bake from my Irish grandmother. The acid came from buttermilk in that recipe instead of yogurt. I also thought it was really interesting that you refer to the cheese as paneer which I think is the common Hindi name for the same cheese. So amazing how cooking spans the world. Thank you for your wonderful videos they bring us all closer which is a beautiful thing.
Yes indeed I feel happy too with the similarities. I did try an İrish soda bread from a book i have it was delicious and easy but I don't remember the ingredients now 😊
This is not paneer this is feta which is saltier and more crumbly
I think they were just making reference to the Turkish word for cheese being “peynir” which is very similar to the Hindi word for cheese which is “paneer”
Rather than saying that the two types of cheese are similar
Amazing food I love it
We love you mam form india ❤️
Looks delish! I’m trying this tomorrow. I have all of the ingredients home. But I’m going to use spinach instead of the parsley with the cheese.
That might be good too with onion's and spices yumm
I live in the Caribbean and a lot of times the ingredients arent available or really expensive...This recipe I can try . I will do the meat filling with some caribbean seasonings and put kefir instead of yogurt in the dough...will let you know how it comes out..
That is great Yasmin. I am curious about how is it going to be with kefir. Let us know 🙋😊
@@TFT will do....I plan on making these on Friday for lunch
I made them and my family loved them...My mom wants the feta cheese n parsley verison 😪
@@yasminroberts9841 You can make nutella , Patato version too 😅
