Thanks for the tips, I read on Reddit that sheep didn't give meat, but they clearly didn't check the butcher house addition, I wouldn't have known for a long time... May still be more worth the money to sell the sheep, not sure till I see sausage and salt prices.
I do like watching your videos, you are better than a lot of the players doing tutorials. Does each apiary need to have a family constantly assigned? Seems like a lot of population used up for it.
Well im not 100% sure, But i believe you need one in each apiary. But they do help other places when not producing. Usually you dont need more that 12 apiarys for a large town. So add when you spare ppl.
1:02 - I'm stating it again :) The minimal burgage depth to acquire a backyard extension is the length of a forager hut, which is a bit shorter than the side of a pit.
You have reserve numbers for the fish. Are there reserve numbers for hunting as well? Also how many sheep can one sheep shearer realistically look after? can one guy deal with the 25-30 sheep?
Love the lay out. My question is regarding the orchards: Are the sizes too small for efficiency over manpower needed? each hexagonal straight be better with 2 burgages with orchards with smaller burgages along the line with eggs perhaps?
orchard burgage plot, should have around the same size as vegggis plots. You maybe right, but i had no problem with food. actually to much apples. Did this just for design :)

@@larrote6467 Hehe thats very true. There is math and numbers for everything. i dont always do the math, but know enought to get the stuff i needed. I dont need everything to be 100% perfect with the numbers..
Thanks for this video! I tried making sausages but my villagers just wont make them. I have an excess of 30 meat but my butcher refuses to make sausages. I also have around 300 salt also. Not sure if im doing something wrong or if a glitch?
maybe that meat is already in a marked stall or something? Just try produce more meat :) And remember to put people on granneries, so they can move food around.
@@solhoot ok yeahh thanks this actually worked! I capped my profuction to 10meat and when i turned that off and my meat surplus doubled it started to produce sausages. Haha thanks again!
What's the actual production rate at an apiary? Is it 5 honey pots per month, that's why you are saying that 12 apiaries would be enough to provide 730 honey a year? And BTW, is wax production capped too? If not, it's very good for trade money making.
I have been talking to several people thats have been testing. So they think it could be possible with perfect logstic, that you only need 12 apiaries to reach cap of 2 each day and 730 each year. But thats hard and others have been needed like 21-22 apis to reach that number. So be safe, i said min 12 and max 30. And what i have heard, if you choose wax, the honey production almost stops, because they produce wax instead of Honey. Cap on wax i think its the same, but not shure.
Feel free to add your tips or tricks or tell me what you can add to this 14 tips i in this video. No one is perfect ;) But we all love this game :)
The game says adding more than two Apiary buildings doesn't increase yield. ?
@brandenwaite the game is wrong. 😅 The tool tip is wrong.
@@solhoot I figured it wasn't changed from previous patch, was worded wrong or something. 👍🏼

You can also use the length of a tavern.
yeah, but I use corpes pit, is much more easy to plan, because its free, and its kinda small enough for most people i would believe :)
@@blablubb4553 The depth of a tavern, to be precise. But L of forager hut is a little shorter anyway :)

There ar no need to reserve on the hunting, and i pretty sure you only need that for 25-30 sheeps :)

Finally game where you can make naturally looking organic village without being forced to grid and 90/45 angles. TH-camrs build layout in 90/45 grids.

Unfortunately, mines rich in deposits are depleted to 0, unfortunately this is an option in the future. For now, in the game it is inactive.
