Do such wonderful teachers realize that how much knowledge they impart by uploading lectures , like I am a pursuing undergrad and this guy would be the reason I will be able to complete it

Really great lectures with great energy. I understand the theorems better now. I'm viewing a week out from my circuits 1 midterm! I am approaching it with confidence thanks to you!

Can you advice me some videos collection like this for other subjects like
      Electromagnetic field theory
      Analog and digital communication
      Digital Electronics

@@Ajay67547 For electromagnetic field theory I suggest Prof. Walter Lewin's lectures. He was a professor in MIT. He has his youtube channel where he has the lectures uploaded.

Good lectures. Is it possible to put a link for the Syllabus? I looked online, but could not find it. I'm taking circuit analysis, but we are using a different book. We are still on DC, so when I showed something to my professor relating to independent sources she stated YV=Is is AC. I watched your 008 lecture to try and understand those principles better. Thanks in advance.

Sir,I have a doubt in superposition theorem
(i.e., in the problem ) U calculate the total current through 4ohms resistor is zero ..
And u said the total current is absorbed by the 8 A independent source ..
My question is how can an active source can absorb...?
    Pls reply🙂

For the proof of superposition, where do you use the condition that the circuit is linear?

Writing the node voltages as a LINEAR combination of the stimuli. Hope this help.

Prof. Hajimiri, yes this does help. Thank you so much! In retrospect, I realize should have just taken a transistor circuit, done node analysis and seen what kind of matrix I'd get. The matrix wouldn't be one which would allow one to see the outputs as linear combination of inputs. :-)
Thank you once again for uploading these courses. I'm learning a lot which I have never seen before (like understanding the math and the physics) by studying your videos!

why don't you give captions because some and I are not native English speakers nor fluent enough we want to know everything that's in the lecture. please, I'm looking forward responding.

    at 41:43 isn't it a series combination of 12v and 1.5v, so won't it be 13.5 v

If you look at the carefully you will see that when you put them in series they are in opposite polarities and hence subtract from each other.
