Stan this is what so many of us want to see! As we get older… we have “been there done that”… so we love to learn something new… a process… a technique… maybe a new way of doing things!!! Great video bro
Great Video, have no need for a snow plow but you can see exactly why these plows are 1st class. These guys are not cutting any corners. Thanks Stan and the crew.
If you never owned one before will not be disappointed little bit of learning curve but one Storm all it should take I love mine well worth the investment
Not enough room here to express my amazement in the efficiency of this business , the best equipment , good crew , and the ability to think out of the box ! What a great video !
I don’t own a plow nor do we get much snow anymore, but watching this video makes me want to get one of those just to have it! Thanks for the great video! Love your channel! Awesome!
19:26 I was (used to be) the ficep after sales engineer (in site technicall service) for central and south America... Nice line of beam processing right there...
NOW THIS IS COOL! i love building stuff, figuring out how to make it better, breaking it down and trying something different to improve or expand usage. absolutely fascinated with how things are made, has been a favorite show of mine since i first saw it!
Randy and both the boys John Starak all great bunch of guys and a great company to work for. I did the snow plowing for them not the plant the Best product out there and now the new TRUCK PLOW EARTH QUAKE KILLER SET UP
That was really cool, Stan. I love seeing how things are made. Hope you can do more videos like this not just with snowplows but maybe some mowing equipment as well. Hint hint the Toro test facility video I asked you about at Expo!
Love that video stan. For the areas i plow mostly rural up here in north central ND. Im so glad i went with my 9'6" mvp3. 2 yrs ago. That artic would be my choice if i had big parking lots. What is molboard hideth? I have just my self one plow truck. An one stand by truck. Not as big or diverse as you are yet😉 working on that.
Minor criticism, the title is totally misleading - you can say it's how a plough is made, or how they turn one out every three hours, or both, but the actual manufacture doesn't ake 3 hours from start to finish, as stated. Other than that minor quible, another excellent video 👍😎😊 That's a BIG production facility - very impressive!
When talking to the three owners I looked at the factory floor there looks like have many different changes on it and looking in the background you can see the metal stud upright and some drywall looks like things keep forward 👍
Is there one that connects to a Rivian R-1T? First fully electric vehicle in the world if your asking. I use it exclusively in my landscaping business and I love it 👍 Tows my Bobcat or dump trailer with 4 tons of gravel like it’s nothing 😂
At any point did you see any qc inspection? Seems like they just trust the robots making good welds. For what I saw the robot program is favoring the bottom toe, obvious undercut & cold lap at corners/wraps
The powder coat is nice but if they could galvanize it that would last a lot longer in the salty environment these plows/boxes are in their whole life.

We just bought 3 arctic pushers for the upcoming snow season. Because of you. Let's see how they treat us!
If you never owned one before will not be disappointed little bit of learning curve but one Storm all it should take I love mine well worth the investment
Stanley, thinking of all the years ive be following your channel. I loved this one way more than others with your families off grid stuff.
This is awesome. 68yr old daughter of an aeronautical engineer and love this techie stuff! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Half of that factory used to make Sears mowers, and the other half made stoves. So glad that Arctic was able to repurpose it.
never knew sears made their own mowers considering everything is just redressed, rebadged and rebranded to be craftsman.
It was back in the 60's and 70's

the parts get tenderized, then ran through a marinade. a little extra dry seasoning then finally baked. thats a tasty piece of steel.
