Does the EBR fork fit both Maxi and Magnum mopeds?

Yes the triple tree fits both! But there are different length forks for maxi vs magnum. They are interchangeable... But the magnum are longer fyi

Yes it will swap. But it will drop the front of your magnum down.

What size are your tires?

Those are 2.5" wide by 17". they are Vee Rubber VRM 359 and run kind of wide. On a magnum you can get up to 2.75" to fit in the swing arm.
